Comfortably accommodating up to 13 vacationers, this splendid retreat is your home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen will fulfill your culinary desires and there is a gas barbeque grill on a large deck to host some sizzling cookouts.
You can simply relax and recharge yourself or explore and enjoy the superb outdoors. This place is a skier’s paradise with ample opportunities for other adventures as well. There is an indoor Water Park nearby which is great for family outings.
The town and its shopping centers are close by for stocking up on supplies and souvenirs and while you are there, do step in the restaurants and diners to try some scrumptious delicacies.

This was nice--we were there in early December. Some family members flew in from Nome and Fairbanks and we spent four or five days together. There was plenty of room for three couples and several children and it made a whole lot more sense than three or four hotel rooms. We will do this again and I recommend this rental.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The House on Greenhill Way was excellent for our recent family trip to attend our son's wedding in Anchorage. If Value and Quality is what you are looking for, then this is the place. The owner was very attentive and promptly responded to our every need. The home served as the perfect launching spot for shopping outings, a trip to Portage Glacier Valley and a climb of Flat Top Mountain. The spacious Family Room and large backyard deck was great for hosting the Bridal Shower prior to the wedding. It's proximity to the Campbell Creek Trail provided for close encounters with wildlife including a surprise visit by a bull moose in the backyard. I highly recommend this location for a large group and I intend to contact the owner of this property first for accommodations on our next visit to Anchorage.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
