Each bedroom has a King-size bed, flat screen TV and air-conditioner.
The condo floor plan allows for privacy. One bedroom and in suite bathroom is upstairs and the other bedroom is on the main living area with the bathroom near the bedroom door. The condo is spacious about 1200 sq ft.
There are three sitting areas—the living/dining room, lanai and the loft/study which is opposite the upstairs bedroom. The loft has a desk and futon (can be made into full size bed).
The partial ocean view is enjoyed from the living room, dining area, kitchen and the lanai.
The condo is on the third floor of a three story building. There is elevator access. The condo has a remodeled kitchen with everything new including cherry cabinets, new appliances, and new dishes & pots and pans.
There is new tile floor in kitchen, living area and both bathrooms. The bathrooms also have new cabinets, counters and fixtures. There are fans throughout and air-conditioners in the bedrooms.
This condo is our part-time home. Everything is well maintained and continually being improved. It is a very comfortable home base from which to enjoy Maui.
Hale Kamaole has two swimming pools, one tennis court, lovely lawns and gardens. The community BBQs make it easy to get to know neighbors while cooking dinner.
Hale Kamaole is across the street from Kamaole III beach park with a lovely sandy beach for swimming or snorkeling.
Being a walker I love that I can walk for miles along the oceanfront on sandy beaches and on public paths across rocky points connecting these gorgeous beaches.
