Ocean Views are yours! If you are looking for one of the BEST snorkeling Beaches on the Big Island this is the condo you want. We have a gentle beach just steps away. The snorkeling is absolutely incredible and since you are right there, you have the opportunity to go morning, noon and early evening if you choose to. I have some of the most incredible pictures, I would be happy to share with you. There are so many species of colorful fish. We went in May, and I felt like I was in "Fish Heaven," they were that beautiful. Also there are lots of sea turtles that love swimming along with you. For the teens, there is a surf shop to the North of the protected Kahalu'u Beach with surfboard rentals. Just past the gentle swimming/snorkeling beach is a nice gentle rolling surf that the surfers love. If you look on a satellite map, you will see the gentle surf to the North of Kahalu'u Beach.
Kona is a very simple residential beach village with a beach town flair... lowrise condos intermix with homes and parks..snorkel lagoons and little sandy coves....a real homey feel... compared to the resorts. You will fall in Love with Kahalu'u.

Our New Designer Decorated Condo can be your oasis away from home. Walk in the door to the sound of Hawaiian music from our Bose system welcoming you. The view of the Ocean as you open the door is breath-taking, I am sure you will agree. We are the newest construction on Alii Drive in the last 20 years!
The condo has all you will need for your home away from home. The beauty of the colors of our Hawaiian decor will sooth you. Open the triple sliding French door and cross over the teak threshold onto the lanai, take in the beautiful Ocean view, smell the Ocean air and listen to the native birds while watching the palms gently sway in the tropical breeze.
Our condo is large, luxurious, designer decorated and has all the amenities you would desire. The condo features state of the art in design from the granite counter tops to the glass door cherry wood cabinets completely stocked with colorful dishes. The bathrooms have glass block showers and art glass sinks, just to name a few All of the rooms as well as the lanai has ceiling fans and tray ceilings. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room with Disc player and a TV in each bedroom with disc player. We have free internet hookup and free long distance to the U.S.
Our unit has a sofa bed as well as a porta crib for a baby.
The infinity pool is just steps away and has beautiful Ocean views. There is a keikei(kiddie pool) area in the big pool.) Great to sit and suntan in the shallow water or if you have little ones it is perfect for them. There is a lava rock spa and a gas barbeque. Tables and chairs as well as lounge chairs are in the pool area.
We offer the use of our cooler and boogie boards to our guests. If you are looking for access to the beach with all the modern conveniences of home, look no further you have found the ultimate vacation experience that you will want to return to year after year.

- Kayaks available at $40.00 per day at neaby Keauheou Bay. It is within walking distance. Lots of GREAT boat trips that go out to snorkeling/diving locations such as Captain Cook and City of Refuge which are about 20 miles or less from the condo. The Bay where you catch the boats is only 1/2 mile away. Also, we are near the Sheraton Hotel where you can go watch the Giant Manta Rays every night. They have a light in the water and the Manta's are incredible. You can view them right from the patio at the Sheraton...wonderful experience.

Why the Owner Chose Kahaluu
The Location, Location, Location. How can you go wrong owning a piece of Paradise at the Best Snorkeling Beach on the Island. Kahalu'u has everything we had wanted, the gentle snorkeling/swimming beach. The abundant sea turtles you can swim with, the hundreds of species of colorful fish. I have so many great pics, I would love to send you some, just ask.
If you like nature, you can hike to the many secluded Ocean areas along Ali'i Drive. White Sands Beach is a nice walk and about 1/2 mile away. You can stroll through the grounds of the Keauheou Outrigger Hotel where you will find ancient fish ponds, King Kameamehaha's old stomping grounds and an ancient birthing area by the Ocean just to the South of the hotel.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You won't want to leave the Lanai. The view of the coastline as well as Kahalu'u Beach is incredible. We have beautiful furniture where you can relax, read a book, sip your tropical drink, eat your meals and have your morning coffee.....ahhhh.
Just across the street is the Outrigger Hotel with wonderful historical grounds and a great bar over the water. They turn on lights and you see the eels and fish while sipping your cool tropical drin

Owning a piece of Hawaii, has alsays been our dream. We went to Kona in 2007 stayed at The Beach Villas at Kahalu'u, Phase I and were told Phase II would be build. We jumped at the chance to have the first choice for what we think is the best condo in Phase II. We are on the second floor and love the views of the coastline as well as the Beach. We wanted a place for us as well as our now grown and married kids, and grandkids to enjoy. We wanted a gentle beach and Love to snorkel. Kahalu'u is just incredible...so much color and colorful fish there along with numerous sea turtles.
There are also historical grounds all around Kahalu'u for you to enjoy.

Our family of 4 spent 5 days at Kahalu'u Beach villas in March '09. We had a fabulous time there. We rented a 2 bedroom condo from Gail Eddy. The condo was much more than we had expected. The rooms were spacious, flat screen TVs x 3, furnished with stylish, yet comfortable, furniture. Our daughter was home from college on springbreak and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook home meals! Gail's condo is located in the perfect spot, across from one of the kid-friendly beaches. Also, the best restaurants on the island are around Alii drive. Gail is a friendly and communicative person. She kept us informed about the condo, directions etc. She also gave us advice on sightseeing and was very helpful in making our holiday perfect. I hope I get to interact with her again. Gouri Sivarajan Your plans for a concierge sound great and I hope it works out. Although from my perspective, it would be hard to improve upon perfection! The absolute beauty of your condo, the incredible location and the ease of making the arrangements, i.e., you working with us to establish a week that would work for us. As I mentioned, this is the first time I've made vacation arrangements over the internet. Nothing could have prepared us for the absolutely stunning condo and perfect location that is your condo! You told us that the condo was fully furnished, however, I thought there would be something we'd need that wasn't provided - but you were correct....everything needed was provided with your condo! Right down to the utensils for the outdoor grill by the pool! The proximity to a great shopping area for groceries was so convenient. Your "tips" about things to see and do - great beaches, manta ray viewing, SeaQuest, free bus from the Outrigger with stops along the way to Kona, suggested restaurants, etc. - all added up to a spectacular "family vacation" that we will never forget. We are still talking about the amazing bathrooms - absolutely beautiful! Having a washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, huge refrigerator - it was really better than home. The view when we entered the condo thru the tri-glass doors to the lanai was just breathtaking. And the "mood music" playing softly in the background really let us know we were in "Island Mode"! Thanks for everything - the follow up phone calls to be sure everything was alright, the e-mails before and after our vacation - you have been great and we do hope to return next spring. Sharon

This is one of the Most beautiful condos we have ever stayed at. Walking in the door almost brought me to tears. And if you like snorkeling and swimming Kahalu'u Beach is right there. I would give this place 5 plus stars.... The Outrigger Hotel is just across the street and has a fantastic bar over the water. At night we would see the eels and fish while we sipped our drinks. Can't wait to go back to this condo.
