This stylish, immaculate and open-plan cottage is new for 2009 and only one block from the charming and prestigious town of Spring Lake and five blocks to the fabulous beach! It newly furnished and painted throughout and is a wonderful house for relaxing and enjoying the summer with family and friends.
The first Floor has a custom designed kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator and Butler sink. The new caesarstone counter tops are perfect for easy cleaning in this eat-in facility. The formal dining room seats eight and the freshly painted family/living room (with a queen sofa bed) and enclosed porch provide plenty of easy living space for the family. The basement has full laundry and dryer facilities and there is a powder room located off the kitchen.
Second floor has three bedrooms with a large family bathroom including a shower/bath. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a walk in closet. The second bedroom contains two twin beds and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle bed. The bedrooms have been newly painted and carpeted to a high standard.
Outdoors there is a double garage for your car and beach gear as well as a patio area with gas grill for those long summer evenings. Bikes have been provided for our guests and there is an air hockey table and a basketball hoop for the budding Michael Jordan's in your family. An outdoor shower is also available and the side driveway provides additional off street overnight parking.
This is a wonderful summer getaway which is close to key amenities in the gracious seaside town of Spring Lake. A perfect spot to enjoy the very best of the Jersey Shore and create some terrific memories with your friends and family.
