Super Property on one of the best beaches

This property is a true sleeper. Roomy, clean,Friendly owner and staff. Beach is a total delight. Previous reviews that complained about trash on the beach are WRONG. Beach is clean and family centered. No loud music, heavy drinking, etc. Only draw back for some might be its slightly rural location. This vacation changed many of our preconceived notions of Puerto Rico. Listing does not show that internet service is available---it is. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family. No problems, better than advertised ,Karla, Lissi and Ivan answer all questions promptly, CAR IS A MUST> This is great jump off location to explore this unspoiled area of Puerto Rico.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

What a wonderful place! Everything you could ask for to make a vacation just perfect. Being a family of 5 we appreciated that this unit was clean, stocked with all the essentials, and just steps away to the pool and wonderful beaches. We could not have chose a better place. I have been to quite a few places in the area and can say with confidence that this is the best one I have found. We cant wait to visit again.

Wonderful week at Buye!

I definitely hope to have the opportunity to stay in your peaceful, well-appointed condo again. It was exactly what we hoped for, and more! We felt so comfortable with the decor, all the little things that were thought of, the excellent advice and suggestions from Lizzie and Ivan, and the friendly neighbors, both Americans and Puerto Ricans. The complex is so well maintained, and the beach was lovely and clean even on the busy weekend when it was a pleasure to see families coming to this perfect beach to enjoy a fun and relaxing time together. My beach explorations, both north and south for a couple of miles, were beautiful; I was glad to have Ivan and Rita's suggestions for the walk in the Guanadilla nature reserve and the opportunity to see the ruins and lagoons there and next time I hope to be able to kayak into Boqueron Bay and to Puerto Real. I always felt very safe during my beach hikes and in Buye Beach. The people at the resort next door were also very friendly, and I loved the fresh empanadillas (especially the shrimp and spicey chicken) that you can buy at the little stand there. I enjoyed having coffee on the spacious front porch every morning, and lounging in the hammock on the same porch later in the day. We didn't use the pool much because I spent so much time on the beach sunning, swimming in the calm clear refresing sea, reading and taking walks, but it was fun to sit pool-side later in the afternoon getting to know the other residents. Thank you so much Karla and family, for making this lovely condo available. I think your family has thought of anything a vacationer might need!

A Soothing Experience

Cozy and Spacious apartment at a nice, family friendly condo with direct access to the beach, which it was exactly what we were looking for. The apartment and area looked better than in the pictures. I could relax at the hamaca in one of the terraces, while my dad was preparing BBQ at the other terrace! The apartment was clean and well maintained and Karla was a great hostess, providing us with all the information we needed to have a comfortable and fun stay. The apartment is close to the main attractions in the South West Area, such as el Faro of Cabo Rojo and Joyuda, which is popular for it's restaurants Mayaguez Town, Parguera, Combate and Boquerón. There were also supermarkets and pharmacies at around 10 minutes by car from the apartment, so it was a very convenient location, specially when you have a kids. I would definetely recommend the property to friends and relatives.

This condo is beautiful! We were 4 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable and happy. The condo is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. It is spacious, clean and very well equipped. We could not have been happier. Buye is a beautiful beach, close to everything from fine dining to local shops. We strongly recommend this condo.

We stayed at the condo for one month and we were very happy with it. The apartment is very comfortable and nice. It is fully equipped with nice furnitures. The beach is great. Since there is practically no wave, the beach is ideal for kids. The location is very convenient since the whole area is very nice. We definitely recommend it.

I loved it. Buyé is definately a beautiful place. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and easily accesible. It is very spacious. Big enough to accomodate family and friends and cozy enough for a couple. I highly recommend this apartment.
