This beautiful, oversized Cape Cod has a beachy decor with a flight of whimsy. Located just 5 houses off the beach, this quiet street is ideal for families. Sit on the front deck to watch your children bike ride or just relax on the glider with your book and a drink.
On the first floor you will find the living room (newly replaced furniture w/air conditioner unit), kitchen, dining area, full bathroom with washer/dryer and 2 bedrooms each w/cable TV and air conditioning units (queen size bed in one room; full size and one twin size bed in the next room). On the second floor you find a 1/2 bathroom and 2 large bedrooms each w/new furniture, cable TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans . One bedroom has 3 twin beds; the second bedroom has 3 twins and 1 queen size bed.
The backyard is spacious and inviting. The back deck is ground level and the large outdoor table comfortably seats 10 adults. There is a clothes line where you can hang those sandy beach towels and a large outdoor shower w/changing room. 10 beach badges are included in your weekly rental for your convenience and you are required to leave the badges upon your departure.
Every summer activity is close on LBI...from mini golf to singing for your ice cream...to fishing and live theater performances. LBI has been rated in the top five of the National Geographic Traveler Magazine's Best Beaches in the US.
