This large (3220 sq. ft.) condo is located on the beach, at the front of the center tower of Bay View Grand (BVG), the most beautiful condo in Ixtapa!

It's fourth floor location looks directly at the ocean, high enough for a perfect sunset view and close enough to interact with people on the beach. This condo was constructed as a four bedroom, four bath plus maids quarters.

We are renting it with two master suites and the two smaller bedrooms locked off. Because of this configuration, the balconies, living room, dining room, and kitchen are much larger than in the standard 2 bedroom units.

NOTE: After Dec. 15, 2009, the two locked off bedrooms may become available, making this either a 2, 3 or 4 bedroom condo. If a party rents the unit as a 2 bedroom, the other 2 bedrooms will remain locked off. If a party rents the unit as a 3 bedroom, the 4th bedroom will remain locked off. If a party rents the unit as a 4 bedroom, all bedrooms will be unlocked and available. See rental rates for details.

From the front balcony you look directly at the ocean and the 2 mile sandy beach. All bedrooms open to a balcony overlooking the ocean, infinity pools and beautiful gardens.

The condo is tastefully and comfortably furnished with many custom designer features. There is a lovely living room and a TV viewing area.

The two master suites each have king size beds, private large bathrooms with double sinks, marble counter tops, large walk in closets and private balconies. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bathroom. The 4th bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to form a king, and a private bathroom. The custom remodeled kitchen is fully equipped, has an extra large refrigerator and granite counter tops. There is a laundry room with washer, dryer and sink.

The original maid's quarters serves as a storage room for your suitcases, golf clubs and beach toys.

Secure wireless high speed internet is available in the unit, along with a local telephone for local calls.

The BVG complex is just across the street from the major restaurants and shops of Ixtapa. The complex offers 2 large infinity pools, 2 smaller pools, 2 children's pools, beach palapas, beach and pool lounge chairs, 2 outdoor showers, a large palapa snack bar for food and beverage service, a fully equipped gym, tennis courts and a spa.

There is also a game room with pool table and card tables, as well as a separate public use computer room.

Ixtapa's 2 mile sandy beach is one of the best to walk and swim, play and relax while enjoying the perfect sunny weather and magnificent sunsets.

There is 24 hours security with guards at the entry gate and at the beach.

Golfers will find two beautiful golf courses within five minutes of the condo and boaters enjoy the marina only five minutes away.

  • This is PARADISE! Beautiful, spacious condo, wonderful view. Great beach, relax under a palapa to chat with the person next to you, read or snooze, wade in the surf (may get to see the turtles go to sea from their nesting place), cool off in the beautiful pool. Enjoy all the nearby amenities - shopping, restaurants, evening cruises. One of the greatest things - enjoying your evening "tipples" on the balcony watching the wonderful sunset!

  • Your condo is absolutely amazing. It is so spacious, bright and cheery. The furniture and appointments are beautiful. The balcony is an added bonus, looking out over the ocean, beach and pool. Just breathtaking! We enjoyed our stay in Ixtapa, very much, there is so much to do and see. The Bay View Grand is lovely and everyone is extremely friendly. The grounds are beautiful and the spa and exercise room is one of the finest. We can't wait until we return next year and stay in your beautiful condo. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

  • I'm not really sure there are words to describe the view walking into the condo. It left me and my wife speechless! We had a blast hanging out on the beach which is a stone throw from the room or walking across the street to all the shops and restaurants. We also both enjoyed getting a massage at the spa in the Condo! We got to ride the Jet Ski, Parasail, and you have to do the Sunset Cruise too! We loved having 24 hour security at the Condo and felt safe at ALL times. I hope one day we get to come back because we had a wonderful time!

  • Our stay in this beautiful condo was quite possibly the most relaxing and refreshing vacation we have ever had! The condo itself is lovely, spacious and beautifully appointed. The view from the balconies was unrestricted, giving us views of the pools, beach, sea and the incredible sunsets! The gated condo is right across the street from local restaurants, shops and grocery stores which allowed us to walk over at our leisure. Perfect.

  • We have enjoyed staying in this condo twice and it is as comfortable and beautiful as pictured! The location to the beach and pool areas is fantastic and the areas are maintained very well...immaculate and serene. Just lying out by the beach or the pool is very pleasant. The shops and restuarants within walking distance across the street is another big plus! Or if a taxi is needed, the staff quickly arranges for one. The personnel are all very friendly and eager to accomodate the residents/guests. Recommend this location very highly for an enjoyable vacation!
