We had a great time at this well equipped condo which was a home away from home for us. The close proximity to the beach and ocean was an added plus. The condo is spacious and certainly met all our needs. The owners are personable and friendly and more than willing to answer our questions. Thanks for a truly relaxing time!

Well maintained, clean condo just steps from the beach. We enjoy walking and made great use of the miles of beautiful beach...walk, sit, swim. I feel there is no need to reiterate all the positives about this place written by others.....there was absolutely no negatives. A great condo for an enjoyable getaway. A definite for a return trip.

Nice location. Close stores and activities. Boardwalk just a short drive. The condo itself is just the right size. AWESOME PLUS.... owners closet has body boards, floaties, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc! Nice, clean and not noisy. owners are very amicable. Will definitely stay again!

Everything we hoped for an more. Easy access to beach, pool, restaurants, and entertainment. We thought the place was nicer than the pictures show. Clean and well maintained. We were very happy and will rent this place again. Some of our favorite restaurants include: Sticky Fingers, Hamburger Joe's, and Crab Catchers (in Little River). We enjoyed the Good Vibrations show at the Carolina Opry as well as the Temptations at the Carolina Opry. Looking forward to coming back again!

Can't wait to come back! My beach chair was 152 steps from the Condo door. It doesn't get better!

Ron and I had a fantastic time the week we spent in this nicely decorated condo. All the conveniences of home and more - we don't have a beach at home :) We took a dreary day and decided to comb all the beaches along the coast to see if we were missing out on something special. We discovered that the best beach was 152 steps from our condo door. While South MG is supposed to be more active, I'd say they can keep all that timeshare sales pitch and "come see my store" vendors to the south. This condo on North Myrtle Beach has just enough traffic for good people watching but not enough to become crowded. Its PERFECT! We WILL be back. I recommed reading the guest book for some great suggestions of local attractions. And don't forget to add a summary of your trip.

Great N. Myrtle Vacation

We went to North Myrtle for a week this past August and stayed in this cozy and well appointed condo. It suited our needs in every way possible. Even with 4 teenaged girls, we never found ourselves too cramped. We all enjoyed the beach proximity and the view from the balcony. It's close to the "action" (great for the teenagers), yet private and quiet. The price was super too. We will be booking again this summer!

My husband & I truly enjoyed our stay at your beach condo this spring. The unit was cozy, comfortable and clean. The location was great and the view of the ocean was a wonderful bonus. We hope we will be able to return again.

My husband and I took our two sons to Myrtle Beach in April as a last minute vacation and stayed in this condo. It was everything it promised. The owner was very easy to work with. Condo was clean and well decorated. The beach was right out the door! Even though it was vacation week, the beach was not super crowded and it was very clean. Location of the condo was close to everything, and right across the street from Barefoot Landing. Great place for a family, would definitely stay again!

Hello, . My family rented this condo for 3 weeks during Christmas 2009. My son and his girl friend (both live in Great Britain)stayed with my husband and I here. It was an excellent choice. It was clean, very warm and right next to the beach. My son is a runner. Scott and his family have a great condo.It is close to all of the restaurants, barefoot Landing and shopping. My daughter and her family live not far from the condo, so it was very convenient for all of us. It had everything we needed.We walked on the beach every day.Everything was as it was described. It's in a great location. Scot was attentative to our needs and answered any questions we had.My son and his girl friend love to go to Crocadile Rocks to see the dueling piano players. We found a couple sports bars close by to watch our favorite hockey team, the Buffalo Sabres.We ate at the Carolina Road House,Carrabbas, Olive Garden, and had great Chicken wings at the Wildwing Grill!! There was a blockbuster video rental close by as well as Starbucks and Atlanta Bread Company. The big screen tv at the condo was nice and we enjoyed a relaxed athmosphere. I would recommend this condo to anyone. It was reasonable, in excellent condition, plenty of room. Furniture and beds were comfortable. You can have fun here. Love walking the beach here. We felt safe and secure. Each day there were maintenance people taking care of the grounds and other services. I recommend this condo to any family for vacation. Thank you Scott for letting my family have Christmas in Carolina!!!

Wow! What a great condo! Just as described on the website. Decorated nice and very clean. I was even able to bring my small dog! We also loved the location, right near Barefoot Landing and the mall. We will definately be back!

This is the very best condo we have stayed in since coming to Myrtle beach. Its been really hard to find a nice place on the beach but what you see in the ad is what you get,clean all new tile and carpet and the convience of the north end for a really family vacation was great. We have stayed here twice this year and hope to never stay anywhere else on the beach.I'd say a 5 star condo would rate this home!

As a frequent visitor to Myrtle Beach we love staying in your condo. We like the convenience of the locally owned store across the street, the comfort of the condo itself and the Atlantic Ocean right in the back yard. The location couldn't be better, close to the Grand Strand yet there is privacy as well. We look forward to yet another visit.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in the Bittners Condo at Ocean Pier I. The moment we stepped in the door we were quite pleased. It really felt like home. The condo was nicely decorated and did not feel crowded at all. The view of the ocean from the balcony was very nice and relaxing. We were close to Restaurant Row, Barefoot Landing and many other shopping areas. The people that we meet were very friendly. We will most definately visit North Myrtle Beach again.

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. We liked being so close to the beach and the fact that since your building is smaller, there were fewer people perusing the beach directly in front (unlike the high rise condos that had really crowded beaches right in front of them). We went mini golf, Nascar, 4-D movie at the Pavilion, Broadway, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Zoo, and lots of shopping. It is too early for us to make plans for next year, but we will keep you in mind for sure.

I would like to thank the Bittner family for letting us stay at their beautiful condo. It was close to everything, just a great location for the family. We went for July 4th and it was great. The condo was very nice and maintained well. I would highly recommend this condo if you want a very relaxing retreat. A gorgeous view of the beach as well with your own balcony. This property was very nice, and the location was great as well! Convenient to restaurant row, shopping, or any other entertainment for the family. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The unit is right on the beach with an ocean view. The sound of the ocean from the deck and master BR is very comforting as well. We would definitely stay here again!!
