For the past 13 years, our family, along with several others come to Sunriver to enjoy quality time together, and this year we tried something new, Caldera Springs. As soon as the door opened, the kids rushed upstairs to see what the rooms looked like. This house immediately exceeded our expectations! We really admired this extravagant place, the location was very quiet and had lots of area for the kids to play in. With a blessing of so much snow this year, the kids had a magnificent time. Unlike the Sunriver Resorts, the neighborhood wasn’t difficult to get around in. Hearing the navigation system keep saying “enter round about” was quite irritating. The location of the house was very convenient, driving to Mt. Bachelor was easier, along with getting to stores, and the ice skating rink that we like to go to. We were also very pleased at the fact that we couldn’t hear the kids running around upstairs. All together this luxurious home has been one the of the greatest rental houses that we have stayed at!

Our family (15 of us) spent a long weekend here to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. The house was incredibly comfortable and beautiful. Since it was cold and cloudy (but no snow) we ended up doing quite a bit of lounging around and preparing/eating meals! It suited our leisure pursuits just perfectly. We hope to return sometime in the summer or winter for a longer period of time. Thank you!

I just want to say a big thank-you to the owners! We had the most memorable family reunion because of this warm and inviting spacious home. The minute we opened the doors we felt as though we were at home. We had a full house and didn't even realize the kids were upstairs. Everything exceeded our expectations. The pool, the trails, even expolring in the woods behind the house was beyond perfect. Our family would definetly reccomend this property!

We have a large family (children, spouses and grandchildren) and had an incredible Easter weekend in this beautiful home. It was more beautiful than the pictures; gourmet kitchen, enclosed hot tub and huge bedrooms/bathrooms to allow each couple some private space. Lots of open space and natural light/big windows. Owners were great to deal with and instructions/directions worked perfectly. We enjoyed the trails (both on bikes and on foot) and short distances to the High Desert Museum, Fort Rock Park, grocery store in nearby SunRiver complex. Kids ages 2-7 loved the bedroom with 3 sets of bunk beds (with rails). Looking forward to visiting again...would highly recommend.

We had a ladies getaway weekend at Caldera Springs and this house is amazing. The pictures on VRBO can't even begin to show how beautiful this place is. It is so peaceful and beautiful that we spent most of our time at the house. The lake behind the house was nice for some quiet time and great pictures. The pool and hot tub area at the clubhouse was very nice also. All the ladies want to return to this home again next year!!
