Gorgeous New Townhouse About One Mile from Boardwalk/Beach

  New, great location, and CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! We just got back from a week long vacation and we had a great time. Stayed with 4 adults and our 15 month old. Plenty of room, quick ride to the beach. The trail access is great, you can even get to the outlets that way - though we didn't take enough advantage of it! Also great to have the option of the pool. The owners are so helpful in answering any questions you have before, during and after your stay. The house is very kid-friendly. There were baby gates and our daughter's exact booster seat and walker were in the garage, so check with the owner as to what they have if you want to try to pack lighter. The owners also leave you a great booklet with tips for enjoying your stay - make sure you take their advice about beach parking - we found a spot easily everyday we went. Good for pets too - we brought both of our dogs. The only "negatives" I could see is that the house is an end unit and it is next to the CVS which was great because we could walk there whenever we needed something, but there were a few days where they got early deliveries/garbage pick up and if you are a) a light sleeper, b) have a small child with you or c) brought your crazy barking dogs, you might get woken up (we slept in the first floor bedroom). But not a big deal for us at all. The price and the place are great - we will definitely go back!

  My family spent the week before Labor Day week-end in this lovely condo. The condo is gorgeous and the pictures are very accurate. We really appreciated that all three bedrooms had a private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners have beach chairs and umbrellas available for use and several activity and restaurant guides. We take advantage of both the city beach and Cape Henlopen State Park beach which are less crowded than along the boardwalk. We will be back next year and will definitely stay in this condo again!

  We loved your townhome. Nicely decorated, contemporary decor, modern conveniences. Very clean! It worked out perfect for our family. Great selection of DVDs for adults and young children. We made use of the wagon and my grand daughter loved the toddler toys. Community pool was a short walk from the townhouse and very relaxing after a day at the beach. We appreciated having the guest notebook filled with places to eat, menus, area information, etc. We ate several meals on the screened in outdoor deck. I would definitely recommend it and we would absolutely stay there again.

  I actually stayed at this property Labor Day weekend of 2010 & had a great time. Was an easy drive to the beach (although I guess this was a much quieter time of the year). But was on a bus route, so assume it would be ok at busier times. Very spacious, clean & well-equipped property; more than enough space & didn't need to bring a thing. Photos online are accurate. We hung out on the enclosed deck, fired up the grill, watched movies & just had a great time. The owners were very accommodating (they were open to pets) & had a wonderful guide book available with lots of suggestions of restaurants to visit, places to see, where to shop, etc. Would stay again (which is why I visited their page this year :-)
