South Bethany is in a growth and renewal phase with many of the adjacent homes constructed rather recently. It's a clean, quiet, respectful place to have a family vacation. Also, there is no shortage of activities in nearby towns to the north and south
Beginning of the State Park where you can walk for miles on this delightful, uncrowded beach.
A variety of food and product stores within easy walking distance.
Extremely short walk to the replenished sandy beach - about 1/2 a block. No major streets to cross.
