Long Lake North is a beautiful new condo property located on the largest of the four-lake Phillips-Chain-of-Lakes. A luxurious three-bedroom, 2.5 bath lake-side home is available as a retreat for you, a family or a group. Fishing, hunting, water sports, snowmobiling, golfing or just relaxing are among the options available to you. There is one restaurant within walking distance and several more just a short boat ride or longer walk away.
There is a deck off the great room with stairs leading to the picnic and grill area. There are two living areas. The great room on the main floor features a gas fireplace, lovely lake view, dinner seating for up to 10 and comfortable furniture. The kitchen features Frigidaire Gallery appliances including a dishwasher. The master suite is on the main floor and has a lake view, king bed and bath with double vanity and large ceramic tile shower. The second floor sitting area and full bath separate the two upper bedrooms (one with lake view) with a queen bed in each. There is a sofa bed, recliner and game table in this area.
There is a large common area with a fire pit and picnic table in addition to the private grilling area with each unit. Sitting out by the fire in the evening making s'mores and looking at the stars is a favorite activity. We also have a kayak,paddle boat and fishing boat and a dock for your boat available for your enjoyment. There are two identical units side by side that would be perfect for a large family reunion or several families vacationing together.

Year Purchased: 2009
Ted and Becky Kempkes after 5 years of retirement purchased this beautiful lot and started building Long Lake North. We just had our first family of vacationers who loved the condo, beach and docks and the downtown area with unique shops and very friendly people. Watching everyone have fun was watching our vision of Long Lake North come to life. We're looking forward to hosting many more families in the future.
