  A very special thank you to Becky and Ted. We had a wonderful week at your beautiful home. All our needs were met by accomodations provided for our use. Our group consisted of two couples, our mother, and a 5 year old. We all had plenty of room for fun and relaxation. Also sleeping accomodations were very comfortable. Ted was always available to help with any questions or concerns we may have had. The rental of the pontoon boat was also a great way to enjoy the beautiful sites that the Phillips lakes area had to offer. We spent an afternoon visiting the downtown area; also to include the cement statue park. Becky and Ted's luxury home is sure to please anyone looking for some much need R&R.   Wow. We stayed in the Pine Ridge half of the duplex. It was in immaculate shape. The hand rails in the bathrooms really helped Cindy & I with our disabilities. Maggie loved the place too, especially when she spotted the dear grazing just beyond the firepit. She wanted to go out and play. Ted and Becky are just great people and went out of there way to help us. I really appreciated Ted's help lauching my boat.

  I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO FOR AN SIZE FAMILY TO STAY AT. WE ENJOYED THE VIEW OF THE CONDO- IT MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE IN A EAGLES NEST. THE SWIM AREA WAS BEAUTIFUL AND SANDY FOR THE KIDS TO PLAY IN. AT NIGHT THEY CAUGHT HUGE PAN FISH RIGHT OFF THE END OF THE PIOR. TED AND BECKY WERE THE MOST AMAZING PEOPLE THAT WE HAVE EVER MET. ANYTHING WE NEEDED OR ADVISE ON TRAVEL THEY WERE THERE. THANK YOU TED FOR DRIVING OUR BOAT TAILOR BACK TO THE CONDO SO WE COULD BOTH STAY ON THE LAKE AND BOAT. BECKY THANK YOU FOR THE CLEANEST PLACE THAT WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. ALSO, THANK YOU FOR FINDING US A BOAT TO RENT-WE HAD SO MUCH FUN WITH IT.HOPE TO SEE YOU BOTH NEXT YEAR!!! P.S. THANK YOU FOR MAKING YOUR HOME FEEL LIKE OUR HOME. IT WAS SO NICE WE NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE. OUR DOG THANKS YOU FOR ALLOWING HIM TO BE PART OF THE FUN.

  We celebrated our daughter's wedding this summer in Phillips and stayed at this great property. Our family rented both condos for the week, and we had a magnificent time. Ted and Becky were wonderful and helped us in any way possible to make sure we had a everything we needed. The condos were immaculate and very, very nice. We enjoyed the lake, boats and fire pit! We even had a wedding brunch there, and it all was so perfect.

  Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo. Ted, thanks for helping unload our boat in the rain. Much appreciated. Looking for ward to staying again. Had a good time on the lake. These guests stayed with us for another week right after Christmas and will be returning this summer.

  Our stay in your beautiful condo was great and the perfect ending to our summer. Weather could not have been any better, the best all summer. Pontoon ride was lovely and we enjoyed all your darling grandkids. Thank you.

  Thank you for opening up your condo for our family to enjoy. It was very pleasant and the view was awesome. All three children enjoyed their time here as well. Tyler really enjoyed the paddle boat and kayak.
