Large glass windows take advantage of the views. The first floor consists of a den, living/dining area, kitchen, office stocked with books, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The daylight basement has rec room with sectional sofa, fireplace, TV, a treadmill, an elliptical and some weights, lots of board games. A large bedroom with twin beds and a futon, full bath. Off street parking.
Steps Beach is just a 10 minute walk away. Bike paths are close by.
