For your convenience, we now offer keyless entry. That means no pick up or drop off of keys required. You go straight to the condo and start your vacation, and no stopping to check out when heading home. No losing the keys in the sand or worrying about who has the keys. You can even change the code to your own easy to remember number.
Crystal Shores West is a new 14 story gulf-front Condominium completed in May 2006. It is located near shopping and restaurants in the heart of Gulf Shores. The units are larger/wider/newer and more up scale than the 'normal rental units.'
Whether you are on a family vacation or a romantic getaway for two, we have done our very best to anticipate your every need should you decide to visit our condo. This professionally decorated 9th floor unit includes free high speed internet with wireless WiFi, a large 42' HD television, premium cable TV, stainless steel gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops, dinning area with seating for 6 plus 2 at breakfast bar, full size side-by-side washer/dryer, granite counter tops, high ceilings with crown molding, oversized private Gulf-front terrace that is roomy enough for a table and chairs as well as space for private sunbathing., and much more! The foyer, kitchen, bathrooms, breakfast area, and laundry room are tiled. Take the two high speed elevators and step onto the beautiful white sand beach. No driving, crossing streets or long hikes with all your beach gear. Listen to the CD, MP3, IPod player while you play with the games, books, puzzles and cards provided for your enjoyment.
The romantically decorated Master bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and full private bath with balcony overlooking the beach and ocean from the 9th floor. Second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a queen size bed and a full bath. There are flat screen TVs with DVD/VCR's in both bedrooms and a 42” HD TV with DVD/VCR in the living area. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Step right out your door to meet the surf every morning or have breakfast on your balcony as you watch for dolphins and manatees.
The complex offers heated indoor/outdoor swim through pool with zero entry and fountains, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, covered parking, and a spectacular million dollar view! On the lobby level you will find a game room with pool tables and foosball table and a fitness center that overlook the sugary white sands and the gulf. Outside and inside beach showers are readily available. Can’t you just hear the waves crashing on the shore, feel the ocean breeze and taste the fresh shrimp?

This lovely clean condo overlooks the beautiful powder sugar sands of Gulf Shores. The 9th floor condo is high enough to provide a full view of the water and the beach. The condo is well appointed and within an easy walk of restaurants. The facilities gym, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub made it especially relaxing. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy family fun.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo was awesome!! We came over Thanksgiving and although the area was pretty quiet, it was really nice! The condo has everything you need and believe me, I cooked a Thanksgiving Dinner and all I needed was groceries.. The views were breathtaking and the comfort of the home was top notch. You couldn't ask for a better location either. The owners were wonderful to work with, very responsive and caring. I defintiely will come back to this condo the next time I'm in The Gulf Shores.Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo.It is perfectly situated,clean and well equipped.The view from the balcony is spectacular.To listen to the waves at night from the master bedroom was so relaxing.The condo facilities were great, especially the Hot tub! It was very easy to book( even on short notice) and Bill could not have been nicer or more accommodating.The keyless entry was very ,very convenient. We will definitely book this condo again and recommend it to all our friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Have stayed in this condo several times before and just like each of the other times everything was excellent. Very nice condo and Bill and Katie are as well. The condo was nicely appointed, clean and very spacious. The view from the 9th floor balcony is beautiful allowing us to be above the crowd and noise but still see fish in the surf. The elevators were a little slow but RIGHT outside the door. We had a little trouble with the washing machine, but the owner was quick to fix the problem. I would go back here again. The location is great right on the beach. Photos are pretty accurate as to appearance and amenities. I would recommend this unit to anyone needing 2 bedrooms. Restaurants that are close by and are good mikees, desotos, sea and suds right on the beach. Nolins excellent prime rib. If you want seafood to take home blaylocks is great will pack it for you. Bill and Katie we all enjoyed your condo. Cottons is also a good restaruant. Thanks to Bill for his recommendation on eating. My vacation is eating oysters on the half shell, shrimp and other seafood. My wife, cousin and her husband loved the beach I did too but I gained weight. Bill the great thing about your condo is none of us lost the key, The keyless entry is the best idea for condo rentals I have seen. Parasailing, jet skis and other water sports are close by.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My wife and I with my cousin and her husband just spent a week in this condo. It is on the beach with a very nice size balacony. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom were nicely decorated the entire condo was very comfortable. We were there July 28 thru Aug 4. Bill was very helpful in guiding us to good dining. I am sure that Bill and his wife enjoy their condo as we certainly did. Beach was nice water was just right having left were the temp had been over a hundred. I would definitely stay here again. Great locationRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This was without a doubt the best place I have ever stayed in. The kitchen was wonderful and the beds was great too. The decor was up to date with very nice furniture too. Everything was very clean when we got there. The owners are wonderful to help if you have any questions or concerns about anything. This was our first time staying in this condo. I began emailing with questions around Feb/Mar and found that Bill was always very quick to respond back to me. When we arrived everything was exceptionally clean and just as the pictures represented. My family included my husband and myself and our two adult children. The bedroom configuration worked perfect for our needs. We came to appreciate the keyless entry as we didn't have to be concerned with who had a key and worry about losing one. I heard several other guests bemoaning the fact that they had a key and they would much prefer a keyless entry for their unit. I believe Bill & Katie have gone out of their way to accomodate their guests and make them feel welcome. We hope to rent from them again in the future and I would have absolutely no qualms in recommending them or this unit!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Bill and Katie, the Condo proved perfect for our family. The Condo was very clean, kitchen very well equipped, furnishing very comfortable, and of course our favorite..... the balcony with spectacular view of the gulf. Dophins put on show most every morning along with little stingrays scurring in and out of the waves along the surf. The last few evenings brought a full moon to shimmer across the water making our departure for Missouri even more difficult. For those who have never visited the area, wonderful resturants are close driving distance. Bill and Katie were very nice to deal with. Thank you again Bill and Katie for allowing us to rent your beautiful Condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Weekly stay of 7 nights with check in and out on Saturday required from Memorial day weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Special events such as HangOut Music Fest and Gulf Shores Shrimp Fest require 5 night minimum. Discounts available for stays of more than 3 nights during off peak seasons. $127 Cleaning/Linens/Towels fee. We want to work with you to be your vacation destination!

Additional Fees and Taxes:

About the owner: My wife Katie and I live in the Atlanta area and own this one property as a vacation getaway. We rent it as a way to help pay the mortgage and afford the property. We have a couple friends that migrated down to the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area that kept inviting us to visit. We love the quiet, comfortable atmosphere of the area and of course the clean, sugar white sand beaches. When we visit, we hate to leave. We always look forward to the next trip. We finally took the big step in 2006 to have our own place on the beach. Our goal is to have our place feel like home, only better. We wanted a resort feel and top quality furnishings along with a gourmet kitchen. When you walk into our ninth floor unit, we hope you will be pleased and enjoy your surroundings. If you smile and feel good as you look around, we have done our job. If you have any suggestions how we can make your stay more satisfying, please let us know. We are not a faceless company and we do not own any other rentals, so we can respond to your needs and make our condo the best on the beach. There is so much to see and do, including just relaxing on the sugar white sands. We always enjoy the fresh seafood while at the beach. There are numerous great places for good eats to fit every appetite and budget. It is a short drive to anything you need such as outlet mall shopping, charter fishing boats, golf courses, airports, a water park and amusement park, historical sites, museums, home of the Blue Angels, live entertainment, and of course the beach is right outside your door.
