Crystal Shores West is a new 14 story gulf-front Condominium completed in May 2006. It is located near shopping and restaurants in the heart of Gulf Shores. The units are larger/wider/newer and more up scale than the "normal rental units."
Whether you are on a family vacation or a romantic getaway for two, we have done our very best to anticipate your every need should you decide to visit our condo. This professionally decorated 9th floor unit includes free high speed internet with wireless WiFi, a large 32" HD television, premium cable TV, stainless steel gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops, dinning area with seating for 6 plus 2 at breakfast bar, full size side-by-side washer/dryer, granite counter tops, high ceilings with crown molding, oversized private Gulf-front terrace that is roomy enough for a table and chairs as well as space for private sunbathing., and much more! The foyer, kitchen, bathrooms, breakfast area, and laundry room are tiled. Take the two high speed elevators and step onto the beautiful white sand beach. No driving, crossing streets or long hikes with all your beach gear. Listen to the CD, MP3, IPod player while you play with the games, books, puzzles and cards provided for your enjoyment.
The romantically decorated Master bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and full private bath with balcony overlooking the beach and ocean from the 9th floor. Second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a queen size bed and a full bath. There are flat screen TVs with DVD/VCR's in both bedrooms and a 32” HD TV with DVD/VCR in the living area. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Step right out your door to meet the surf every morning or have breakfast on your balcony as you watch for dolphins and manatees.
The complex offers heated indoor/outdoor swim through pool with zero entry and fountains, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, covered parking, and a spectacular million dollar view! On the lobby level you will find a game room with pool tables and foosball table and a fitness center that overlook the sugary white sands and the gulf. Outside and inside beach showers are readily available. Can’t you just hear the waves crashing on the shore, feel the ocean breeze and taste the fresh shrimp?

My wife Katie and I live in the Atlanta area and own this one property as a vacation getaway. We rent it as a way to help pay the mortgage and afford the property. We have a couple friends that migrated down to the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area that kept inviting us to visit. We love the quiet, comfortable atmosphere of the area and of course the clean, sugar white sand beaches. When we visit, we hate to leave. We always look forward to the next trip. We finally took the big step in 2006 to have our own place on the beach.
Our goal is to have our place feel like home, only better. We wanted a resort feel and top quality furnishings along with a gourmet kitchen. When you walk into our ninth floor unit, we hope you will be pleased and enjoy your surroundings. If you smile and feel good as you look around, we have done our job. If you have any suggestions how we can make your stay more satisfying, please let us know. We are not a faceless company and we do not own any other rentals, so we can respond to your needs and make our condo the best on the beach. All we ask is that you treat our place as you would your own.

Something has to be perfect for me to give an excellent rating. This condo really receives a rating of Very Good but that choice was not given. The listing was pretty accurate and photo's were good. The property was pretty clean and looked well maintained. The owner was very helpful in all respects. There were actually hangers for our clothes (often not the case) and the kitchen was very well equipped (also often not the case). I would definitely recommend this property to everyone. The beach was wonderful and the weather was great; Shrimp Fest was great, and the restaurants we tried were all quite good. I would recommend the Gulf Shores City Grill and Villagio at the Wharf in Orange Beach. Also, enjoyed LuLu's, the Pink Pony, and Bahama Bob's as usual. Couldn't have had a better time.

Bill & Katie We had a wonderful time at your condo, it was very clean and so close to many things to do. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning and watching the dolphins and pelicans, also saw a few stingrays. It was also nice to walk on the beach to eat dinner in the evening. Found some real good places to eat close by. Hope to see you next year and will tell all family and friends of your nice condo. Also would like to say we really feel safe at the complex and everyone was so helpful and nice. thank you again.

The accommodations were better than the photos! The view was awesome and we saw dolphins in the ocean from the balcony. The beach was only a quick trip down the elevator and out the door. We could not have asked for anything more, because we got it all! Bill and Katie were great to work with. My wife and young daughter had a wonderful time! Two thumbs up for this property. Thank you for providing such a great vacation getaway!

This is a beautiful and very comfortable condo right on the beach and so close to many of the amenities Gulf Shores has to offer. Loved the decor, INCREDIBLE kitchen, view from the balcony, and collection of games and puzzles. My family and I have visited the Gulf Shores area many times over the last several years and keep coming back for the beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants, and family-friendly atmosphere. The Crystal Shores West pool is so nicely situated on the east side of the building providing a retreat from the sun during the hottest parts of the day. We will definitely be back and would love to visit your condo again!
