Why the Owner Chose Pagosa Springs
We love to travel, thanks to our job, we get to travel to different vacation spots every year. After vacationing in Pagosa we deceided to uproot our family from San Diego and move to the mountains. As our kids have grown and the house has become too large we have decieded to let other families enjoy the house as much as we had. It is a nice, very comfortable home, great for large families to share.

Conveniently located to Fairfield Pagosa, shopping & restaurants. House is in the town limits and on paved road. Surrrounded by pine trees, grass in the front yard, plenty of room for kids to run around. House located on 5 acres with total privacy from other homes. Favorite ritual is taking my dog for a walk while sipping coffee from the local coffee shop.
