Designed as a master-suite, the downstairs is right off the bedroom, in a modern flowing concept. Bathroom has an amazing 2-person concrete, deep soaking tub. Also has a custom concrete vanity.
Upstairs bedroom also has King bed with luxury bedding, fireplace and sliding glass doors which open up to a private redwood balcony. Balcony leads to the ocean-view deck. Upstairs bedroom also designed as a master-suite, with dual-vanity bathroom off the bedroom. Luxurious hans grohe rain shower, and hand shower combo. Bathroom also has sliding glass doors leading to private redwood balcony.
Living room is furnished with custom furniture from high-end designer, Kenneth Cobonpue. Gorgeous teak carvings and artwork throughout.
Kitchen has 4-burner Viking gas range, Subzero fridge with ice maker, custom teak cabinetry with modern concrete countertops. Four teak club chairs surround a round-glass dining table.
Outdoor patio furnished with couch, two club chairs, coffee table (all designed for outdoor living), and gas BBQ. Ocean view deck is furnished with teak sun loungers. Tropical and succulent landscaping throughout.
