Our cabin has a secluded and private location at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Our palace has 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bath and will accommodate up to 15 people with ample space for sleeping bags or air mattresses.
It has a gas fireplace, TV and fully equipped kitchen & laundry facility all on the main floor. Our upstairs loft is kid friendly and our downstairs family room has a big screen TV where our guests will all want to hang out.
We have year round access and look forward to you making your own "Magical Memories".
Check-In is at 4:00 p.m. Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. No excessive drinking of alcohol.
Non-Refundable Cleaning/Deposit - $200
Security Deposit - $200 (refundable, if provisions of the contract are met)
50% of the rental is due at the time of reservation. Any damage to the property will be assessed to the renter.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 1 week = 50% of rental, less than 1 week = 100% of rental.
