This property is not your typical rental property! This is my home. It is furnished like a real home and the kitchen is set up for real cooks. It is located only a couple of hundred yards from the main businesses (surf shops, restaurants, grocery, and bars).
It is right beside the beach access which is so convenient. The house has two levels of balconies, sunrises like you have never witnessed, both covered and some uncovered decking. It is centrally located between both piers. Banks channel is just a few steps out the back door.
This provides for some of the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. There is a downstairs shower area, which is great for coming off the beach and has a dressing area and wet area for guest and wet towels and suits. The outdoor furniture on both levels is amazing.
The furniture on the second level (master) sofa, rocker, and chair and ottoman. And the main level 4 rockers 2 tables and an eating table and 4 chairs. The deck toward the beach has built in benches and table. The family room has an incredible sectional sofa that easily seats 7-8 or lays 3-4 and 2 comfy chairs.
The kitchen table seats 9 with a lazy susan and 4 upholstered bar stools. There is a easily accessible desk in the family room for those that must work during the vacation. One bedroom has a king bed and three other rooms have queen beds, and one room has a full size bunk bed(2 fulls).
Every bedroom has its on bathroom. There is plenty of room in the rooms for an additional air mattress for a child. There are two master suites. One on the main level and one on the second level.
