Welcome to Brisa Bonita, a Chac-Hal-Al Penthouse.
As you walk through the front door your eyes will be drawn to the expansive 45 foot terrace doted with beautiful uninterrupted views of the Puerto Aventuras Marina. Guests enjoy waking up and sitting outside to watch the amazing sunrises amidst the PA landscape. Later in the afternoon the boats come back from their fishing and sailing excursions- you will be the first ones to know if there is fresh fish available for purchase.
During fishing season the American boats come down to make the marina life more colorful and interesting with their mega yachts. You can be part of it by going down or watch it all happen from the privacy of your own home. One of the favorite past times at Brisa Bonita is having dinner on the terrace and enjoying that fresh catch of the day cooked on the grill!
This Marina Penthouse location is ideal for boat owners and large families alike- there is nowhere better to stay when you have your vessel in town and friends come to visit!
When the whole family comes down people appreciate the room offered at Brisa Bonita- each room has its own TV and private bathroom, either marina or beach view, ample closet space so there is no arguing over who gets what room- there are 2 sitting areas and 2 dining areas.
The two guest bedrooms are on one wing of the house, one bedroom faces the marina with a sailboat theme, bathroom with soaker tub, small private balcony as well as its own door to the main terrace. The second guest bedroom has an ocean/beach view with two double beds and ample closet. The master bedroom has high ceilings and more square footage than you can possibly need; with walk in closet and floor to ceiling glass windows looking out to the marina.
The decor at Brisa Bonita has a rustic mexican look with blue and yellow colors throughout, marble floors and counters are in pristine condition as this unit has never been on the rental market before. Furnishings have a comfortable and relaxed feel with all the amenities from home. The kitchen has granite countertops and unusually large pantry with all the appliances you need.
Out the front door the elevator or stairs will take you across the parking lot to the beach and pool- literally a 2 minute walk-where you will be surrounded by well kept grounds with lush beautiful flowering trees and bushes. There are plenty of chaise loungers for all the guests, palapas and sandy areas to spend all day in. The beach front pool with zero entry is great for the little ones. Another great perk of this Chac-Hal Lal location is having the Omni Hotel just a short stroll down the beach. This popular social and gathering place offers great food at the bar or the restaurant. The Omni Hotel waiters will also offer food and drink service right in your palapa. So enjoy the sunset while sipping your favorite spirit walking down the beach at Fatima Bay. If you are an early riser then snorkeling the bay at sunrise will probably become one your most treasured memory.
Brisa Bonita is located in the most private sector of Puerto which is gated and has 24 hour security. Everything is walking distance to this fabulous condominium- restaurants, shops, dolphins, sailing, diving, parasailing, coffee shops, internet cafe and more.
