2. SIZE: This Ocean Villa is a vacation paradise, this villa is perfect for large families, multi-families, college events, golf groups, corporate lodging, and church retreats. With 6 bedrooms, that contain a total of 1 king bed and 5 queen beds and 1 Queen sofa bed, also 4 full baths, this cottage offers great accommodations for large and small groups. Why share a bed when you can have your own? That's if you don't want to.
3. LUXURY: Located across the street from the beach (only about 200-300 feet to the sand), this villa has 2 levels of terraces with breath-taking ocean views and marsh views. Cable TV is available in every room. Pool available exclusively for property.

Location has two swimming pools to choose from and one pool is located by the ocean. Cottage has microwave, full kitchen, ice maker, and dishwasher. Villa contains covered balconies for your relaxation and pleasure.
