Our one-bedroom, gulf-view condominium is fully furnished and newly updated. It is the perfect location for beach vacations, military personnel stationed at Pensacola Naval Station or winter snowbirds.

Facing the Gulf of Mexico, this four-story complex features ten acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and a fresh-water lake complete with a picnic gazebo.
NON SMOKING UNIT - NO PETS - MINIMUM AGE OF 21 TO RENT
Our unit will sleep six comfortably with a queen-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, and a set of built-in bunks in the hallway.
This second-story unit faces the ocean, has a partial oceanview and is just a 2 minute walk to the beach via a dedicated access.
Grand Caribbean is located adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore which is one of the premier national parks in the USA. .
We will e-mail an information package to our guests complete with security codes, arrival and departure info, driving directions, restaurant suggestions, sightseeing options and local information such as shopping venues and convenient grocery store locations.

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Burke's Beach Condo. The owners went out of their way making our stay the best possible. Also, the beach access was easy; the pool and spa were both beautiful. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone planning a visit to Perdido Key, FL.

We stayed in the condo during late July and can definitely say we had a terrific week! The condo is convenient to everything you could possibly want to do while you're in Florida - and we found the accomodations extremely nice! If we can make it down to the Florida area again next year, we'll definitely use the condo again!

We took our vacation in July of this year, 2004, and was very pleased with the condo! Having stayed in several other places in past years, we realized how much the extras the Burkhalters do for their rentors that really go a long way. They provide a pass for the National Gulf Seashore Park, provided beach toys for the kids, chairs and an umbrella for the adults,made recommendations for restuarants and were sincerely interested in our enjoying our vacation. They go the extra mile for their gueats and it shows. We had friends who stayed in a Grand Carribean condo rented through a real estate company and their room just didn't seem as comfortable as "ours"! We really look forward to renting from the Burkhalters again and are already planning our next vacation!

It is our desire to make your beach vacation in Perdido Key as enjoyable as possible. We have made every attempt to make Burk's Beach Condo as comfortable as possible for our guests, including an annual pass to the Gulf Islands National Seashore which is just a short walk from the condo.
