Our one-bedroom, gulf-view condominium is fully furnished and newly decorated. It is a perfect location for beach vacations, military personnel stationed at Pensacola Naval Station or for winter snowbirds.

Burk's Beach Condo is part of the Grand Caribbean West complex located in beautiful Perdido Key, Florida, which was voted by Conde Nast Travel magazine as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Discover this secret paradise in a spectacular unspoiled area of the Florida Gulf Coast.

Facing the Gulf of Mexico, this four-story complex features ten acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and a fresh-water lake complete with a picnic gazebo.

NON SMOKING UNIT - NO PETS - MINIMUM AGE OF 21 TO RENT

Our unit will sleep six comfortably with a queen-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, and a set of built-in bunks in the hallway.

This second-story unit faces the ocean, has a partial oceanview and is just steps away via a dedicated beach access.

Grand Caribbean is located adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore which is one of the premier national parks in the USA. An annual pass for admission is included for our guests. You will enjoy the beauty and solitude of your own private beach within this national park. It is a wonderful place to walk or jog, ride bikes or to enjoy a quiet day on the beach without the crowds.

We will e-mail an information package to our guests complete with the key, driving directions, restaurant suggestions, sightseeing options and local information such as grocery store locations, etc.
