The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has 2 twin beds, all with two full bathrooms. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper. To make you feel right at home there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and washer/dryer. Pet friendly - pending owner approval.
So relax on a private gated island with tropical vegetation and abundant wildlife. The best views on the island are enjoyed from this villa. The perfect family vacation with plenty of amenities and close to the beach club with the shared pool. Only 3 minutes to unspoiled private beaches, this spacious villa sleeps 8 and is just minutes from Charleston, the most romantic city in the South. This is also a great retreat for golf groups with 7 championship golf courses less than 5 minutes from the villa. Kiawah Island Resort is located next to Seabrook Island. Guests staying on Seabrook have access to 5 different resort golf courses on the Kiawah property as well. All this along with tennis, equestrian center, biking, boating, fishing, kayaking, fitness center, nature trail, gorgeous sunsets, incredible restaurants—and much more!!
Seabrook Island is a gated, beachfront community full of different activities! The island offers 2 premier golf courses, an excellent tennis club, and much more. There is an equestrian center where you may enjoy sunset beach rides and a marina that offers boat tours and/or rentals. Also note that it is just a short drive to the dining, shopping, and attractions of historic Charleston!
