About Puerto Morelos:
Even though it´s close to Playa del Carmen and Cancun, it is very different. Puerto Morelos, the small town between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, is a laid back fishing village with interesting people, great little restaurants and a small grocery store. No one is trying to braid your hair or sell you anything, however, there are great places to shop.
Playa del Carmen is a 20 minutes drive and is full of action. Also, there is a ferry from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel that goes out every hour.
Cancun is about 25 minutes away if you want to party, explore or shop.
But it´s always nice to come back to Puerto Morelos the place to enjoy, relax and feel the serenity...

Hi I have been coming to Puerto Morelos for the past 8 years and every time I came I loved the way I felt in this wonderful little town where you feel secure, the beach is beautiful, so I looked for 2 years for a place but it was difficult until I found after 2 years "Puerto Morelos CONDO" and it was just what I wanted to feel the Comfort and the Serenity in a beautiful place and with all the Services so I decided that "Puerto Morelos CONDO" was the place to enjoy and relax in a wonderful place.

The Location is amazing we are near downtown but at the same time we are not in the loud area where the beach is full of people, our beach is very quiet, I (the owner) live in Cancun that is 20 minutes from the Apartment so I can help you anytime you need something, I will be there for you!

Many thanks to Maria for your kindness and caring. Also a special thanks to Ernesto and Pilar. We were very well cared for. Puerto Morelos is very safe and friendly, and our condo was everything we wished for and more. It's quite spacious and unpretentious, lovely shining white tile floors and a large marble patio that does not absorb the heat from the sun. We ate and cooked at home most of the time enjoyng our Margueritas, homemade guacomole, salsa and fresh fish. The beds are comfortable and everything was clean. I would recommend this lovely condo to anyone. We walked into town every day and met friendly Mexicans and Ex-Pats who live there. The reef is world class for snorkelling. Thanks you so much for a holiday we will not forget.

My husband and I just returned from Elena's lovely condo at Costa Blanca. We were very comfortable...the condo was very clean and offered us everything we needed. The terrace doors open up to a very large patio with the infinity pool and Caribbean right in front of us. We met lots of lovely people that were staying at the condo too, but it was still very serene and relaxing. The town of Puerto Morelos is a 20 minute walk either along the beach or thru the residential neighborhood which is very safe. This is the 2nd time we came back to this town and we just love it! Every restaurant is terrific and it is very laid back. We also listened to several music venues after dinner each nite that were terrific.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We had a wonderful vacation at Costa Blanca and fell in love with Puerto Morelos! The property was clean, very well appointed and even better than described. The kitchen was nicely furnished, and we cooked about half our meals there. There was no dishwasher, but we didn't mind doing dishes by hand. We did have a washer/dryer. You can step from the living area or master bedroom through the sliders to the infinity pool and then just a few steps down to the gorgeous beach. It was quiet and very relaxing. Most of our neighbors in this 9-unit condo were Americans or Canadians, and not all units were occupied while we were there. Only 25 minutes from Cancun, and you can catch a cab, rent a car if you wish to do some sightseeing, or make a reservation with a pickup/delivery shuttle service. We walked into town -- about a mile and a half -- along the beach twice, bought groceries and then took a taxi back to the condo. The larger grocery stores are in Cancun and Playa del Carmen. The fruit and vegetable market is across the highway in the colonia of Puerto Morelos. You can rent a car in Puerto Morelos if you decide to do some sightseeing later. We drove to Akumal for lunch and also visited the ruins at Tulum and Coba on two different days. We had wonderful food at most of the restaurants around the square (zocalo) in Puerto Morelos and bought fresh fish at the Fisherman's Cooperative and cooked it at the condo on the barbeque grill. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It does help if you speak some Spanish, but that is not absolutely necessary. We were very pleased with this property and have already recommended it to family members and other friends. We plan on returning again as soon as possible! The only suggestions I have are for a few extra kitchen dish towels and bicycles with baskets that could be used by the condo occupants without cars to take to town. What a wonderful week we had in Puerto Morelos. The condo is clean, modern and just great and located right on the beach. We were by ourselves most of the time. The owners, Elena and Maria, made sure that everything was fine.

We were looking for a small and private condo (only 9 units) right on the beach and yours fit our needs. We loved the incredible view and sound of the surf from the living area and the master bedroom. We were able to open our slider and walk out to the beach or lounge at the pool. We were delighted with the condo. Weather cooperated and we used the pool, snorkeled and walked into town for great food. Elena is welcoming and the condo was to our liking since it was clean, convenient, & well equipped. Wireless internet connection was frosting on the cake. Cab is 50 pesos from town if you don't walk back on the beach. Enough groceries available at the market for lovely breakfasts. Fresh fish available if you want to cook. Farmer's market on Wed.

Hi Elena I would like to thank you for all you did for us.Our little trip to Puerto Morelos that evening was fun when we went in just u and I.The apartment was awesome we just loved it,would recommend it to anyone.The beach was so close and handy for the skiff to pick us ups for snorkelling.The price was very good for being right on the beach.Anyone going to Cancun or Playa should consider this area as it is so easy to just catch the bus to either towns.Lots to do just in Peurto .zip lining,snorkelling,biking,jogging,fishing.Was nice to sit at nite and weatch the Cruise ships going by in the distance.Thank you again Elena...........
