- For your convinience there are Two Bedrooms, the Master bedroom suite features ocean views from a large window, king bed and private bath, the Second bedroom has a king bed as well and a second private bath.

- Fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, living room with Satellite TV, Home Theater -DVD, CD player.
- Pool side lounge with chairs for enjoying reading or just catching rays, direct access to the White Sandy Beach. When you are on the beach where our Property is located, you may or may not see another person it is really just to relax and enjoy the nature, the white sand and serenity of the Caribbean 7 days a week, also the Second largest Reef in the world is just in front to see and explore beautiful colorful fishes, turtles, corals and much more you can see in this Reef. And when the night comes please do not miss the Sky full of stars!
And always for your security and great vacation we (the owners) live very near the Property so that any question or request you might have during your stay we will be around and very happy to help you at any time in anything you need.

About Puerto Morelos:
Even though it´s close to Playa del Carmen and Cancun, it is very different. Puerto Morelos, the small town between Cancun and Playa del Carmen, is a laid back fishing village with interesting people, great little restaurants and a small grocery store. No one is trying to braid your hair or sell you anything, however, there are great places to shop.
Playa del Carmen is a 20 minutes drive and is full of action. Also, there is a ferry from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel that goes out every hour.
Cancun is about 25 minutes away if you want to party, explore or shop.
But it´s always nice to come back to Puerto Morelos the place to enjoy, relax and feel the serenity...

Hi I have been coming to Puerto Morelos for the past 8 years and every time I came I loved the way I felt in this wonderful little town where you feel secure, the beach is beautiful, so I looked for 2 years for a place but it was difficult until I found after 2 years "Costa Blanca" and it was just what I wanted to feel the Comfort and the Serenity in a beautiful place and with all the Services so I decided that "Costa Blanca" was the place to enjoy and relax in a wonderful place.

The Location is amazing we are near downtown but at the same time we are not in the loud area where the beach is full of people, our beach is very quiet, I (the owner) live in Cancun that is 20 minutes from the Apartment so I can help you anytime you need something, I will be there for you!
