This is a three bedroom house and separate one bedroom cottage that are being rented together.
The main house could be rented on its own. Two additional rooms can be used for sleeping. Main living area has a full kitchen, Dining room table and plenty of space to relax.
This is a wonderful home that is directly across from the association’s beach and dock. Sit on the front porch and watch the kids play on the beach and admire all the boats in Fishers Island Sound.
Lords Point is a private association with tennis, basketball, playground, park, docks and several beaches to relax on. There is also an association building where there activities run all summer long.
This is great place for a family gathering or a private get away.
