One of the area's most popular family oriented Beachside condos. Amenities include 270' directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Beachside restrooms, large upper level gulf front sundeck area, (also lots of shady areas to get out of the sun), picnic tables, gated complex with security guards, covered parking, two elevators, full size kitchen, stack washer and dryer. The hallways are enclosed perfect for wet weather.

Year Purchased: 2005
Margie Casey has been a realtor for 31 years and has always wanted to own beach front property. So in 2005 she and a realtor friend, Leigh Dismukes, purchased a Sugar Beach condo. Their families have enjoyed many fun days there and wanted to share their condo with others. Margie and her husband have 5 grown children and 5 grandchildren and Leigh and her husband have 2 grown married children.
Why the Owner Chose Sugar Beach
This is a great location close to shopping and right on the beach. There is so much to do in Orange Beach. It is close to Foley and only a little over an hour from our home in Mobile. It is easy driving from almost anywhere and has the best beaches on the coast. We have grown up going to the beach every summer and now we can share our condo with others.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There are 4 pools, one is a large kiddie pool which our 2 year old granddaughter loves to play in because it is not over her head. We have three other pools, one is heated (on the west side of the complex) and one of them is in the middle of the complex. A lot of folks enjoy the Sugar Shack, a snack, food and drink bar by the pools. There are also gazebos for people who want to stay out of the sun or for eating in the shade. There are also bathrooms close to the pools. Tennis courts and shuffle board are available above the parking level. Also the cars are parked in the shade on the bottom floor of the complex. Across from the condos is a seafood shop that will steam shrimp, corn and potatoes while you wait. That makes for an easy affordable meal. Of course you can buy fresh and cook yourself. There are many fine restaurants close by and you must visit the Wharf for a summer concert. There are shops, restaurants and a Farris Wheel my grandkids enjoy.

This condo was absolutely wonderful! We have stayed in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area many times and this was one of the most enjoyable places that we have stayed. This condo was perfect for our four-person group. We spent most of our time alternating between the beach and swimming pools. I have a 4-year-old son and this place was perfect for a child his size. The kiddie pool was wonderful for him. The room was very clean and well maintained. It was beautifully decorated. Sugar Beach was a very nice condominium, itself. Everyone we dealt with there was very nice. And it was wonderful to have an actual snack bar in the building. The location of the condo was perfect for us. We really enjoyed our meals at Wintzell's and Tacky Jack's. My son especially loved sitting at our table at Tacky Jack's & watching the boats come and go. Mrs. Margie was excellent to work with. She was very nice and got back with me very quickly on all my questions. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone I know wanting to go to the area. We have every intention of coming back and staying in this same condo again!

Our grandchildren love the kiddie pool (even the one year old can walk all around it by holding on to the side) The Gazebos are wonderful for parents to get into the shade while watching the little ones. And the beach is so white and clean and just steps away from the board walk. Come and enjoy.

We had a great stay at Sugar Beach. The condo was clean and comfortable. The ocean view from the balcony was wonderful. This complex was very family friendly and relaxed. We split our time between the beach and the heated pool. From this central location in Orange Beach, we were able to visit many of our favorite restaurants, including Lulu's and the Hangout. Definitely want to return to this unit!
Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway.
