Attractive 1 bedroom, 1.5 (Jack and Jill style) bath, 2nd floor unit in Courtyard at Seascape community, with front deck overlooking fabulous pool and interior courtyard, and rear deck of master bedroom overlooking ocean directly across the street (public beach access immediately across the street as well). Recently painted and partially updated. On north end of Carolina Beach, steps from fishing pier and new town park, where you can drive directly onto the beach.
Pleasure Island Boardwalk and shops and restaurants are a few minutes south. Fort Fisher Aquarium is a few miles south. Enjoy the sunset from the pool-side deck, or the sunrise from the master deck. Additional shopping and activities in Wilmington, only a few miles away by car.
A great value. Linens are not included but are available for rental fee of $20 per week during summer. Available weekly (Sat. to Sat.), or shorter stay (3 night minimum ) depending on availability. Cleaning fee $65 extra; refundable security deposit $100. Ask about off-season monthly and longer term rental.
