Our fully furnished, 1 bedroom condo is ideally located on Kuakini Highway, in the center of historic Kailua~Kona - just 1 block from world famous Ali'i Drive.

The complex is within walking distance to all that Kona has to offer (shops, restaurants, beaches, activities etc)... and just a short drive to major shopping (Wal-Mart, Safeway, Costco and more).

This is a fully furnished, newly remodeled, air~conditioned, non~smoking ground floor unit with a garden view. Within steps of the front door, it offers apartment-like amenities including a coin operated laundry room, swimming pool, dedicated parking stall and gas barbeque.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, $100.00 will be refunded to you provided you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

All monies are non-refundable once final payment has been made.

My husband is planning a trip, again to Kona, with his dad and grandpa and I was wondering if your condo was available for rental (specific week).   • The condo is amazing! It is very clean and near anything you could possibly want! My stay was quite enjoyable, with shops, entertainment, and a great luau all within walking distance. Even tho it's located on a busy street, the noise dies down with the disappearing of the sun. It provides a very comfortable and homey feel.

  • I stayed here for july 4th weekend with my fiance and two of our closest friends. The condo was very nice, comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect, everything was within a mile of it and the sunsets were beautiful from there also. I would recommend that anyone looking for a beautiful non-expensive place to stay, take this into consideration. I would definitely stay there again...

  • Thank you for sharing your place with me. It was in my budget and the decoration belongs in a much more expensive place. I got to use your balcony a lot, even when I came back from the beach. I took one of your folding chairs to the beach and your beach towels too. Too bad I never used the surfing-board, at my age you are scare of the big waves. Next time perhaps.   • This was the first time I had stayed in a vacation rental rather than a hotel for a vacation. Hotels are now a thing of my past! This condo was great, very clean, lots of beach supplies, cooking items, movies and music. Comfortable slept all four adults in the space! With a great cross breeze and ceiling fans, we never even had to turn on the AC. Patio right of the back and a communal BBQ that could be moved right behind the condo. The kitchen is fantastic! If you’re on a budget, the grocery store is right up the street – and it’s a pleasure to cook in this condo! The condo is 1 block from the center of all the showing / touristy stuff in Kona… easy walk to restaurants, bars, beaches, and all the outdoor activity adventure starting points. You could easily spend a week just in Kona.. or it’s location on the Island also makes it an ideal hub location for day trips to every corner of the island. Unpack here, move in for your stay.. and venture around the island and the various beaches up and down the coast without the hassle of moving from one hotel room to another. The owners are very friendly and were able to answer every question we had and offer suggestions on places to visit! I would highly recommend staying here! - Leigh
