Welcome to the ultimate home base for mountain adventure and relaxation! This beautifully-furnished home features high-end finishes and a wood fireplace on the spacious first floor, which is ideal for family meals and entertaining. It's located in South Main, an acclaimed New Urban neighborhood designed to create an incredible quality of life. Imagine, 2 minutes after stepping out your door you could be walking by the river, riding a cruiser bike around downtown BV, fishing, rock climbing, rafting, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking or enjoying an IPA at Eddyline Restaurant and Brewery. That's hard to beat, and that's why we call South Main home!
While it's quite temperate year-round here in the "Banana Belt" and snow often melts quickly, you're centrally located for skiing; 50 minutes from Monarch, an hour or so from Ski Cooper and 1.5 hours or less from resorts like Copper Mountain, Vail and Breckrenridge. Plus there's great cross-country skiing in the mountains just west of town or up in Leadville!
This newly constructed home features high end interior finishes and a double stacked front porch, perfect for a mountain get away. An open first floor incorporates living, dining and kitchen areas into one space, ideal for socializing. Tasteful furnishings, a river rock wood fireplace and hickory floors give the home an old world feel. Its three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The master suite includes a whirlpool tub with views of Mt. Princeton, a king bed and a private deck with panoramic views of South Main, Midland Mountain and the Sangre de Cristo range.

This is the perfect home for gatherings of friends and family. The focus is on the kitchen with lots of room to sit or stand and be a part of sharing and caring. The furnishings are inviting and comfortable. It is truly a special place with fantastic views of Mt. Princeton and such wonderful access to the walking trail along the rive, the climbing boulders and the Eddyline Brew Pub. For three days, our family enjoyed the laid back, beautiful life of Buena Vista.

Family of six had a wonderful visit in BV. This home was in the perfect location - we biked everywhere we went, had a blast in and around the river, river park, Oakhurst concert, climbing rocks, checkers lounge, etc. It was a bit spendy overall, but charming and beautiful.
