My family stayed here for a week. The condo was in great shape. The pool is perfect. The views off the balcony were breathtaking. We even saw dolphins one day. We walked to restaurants to eat every night. The beach was only about a 5 min. walk. Charleston was only a 15 min. drive. Palmetto carriage tours was excellent. We spent an "after Christmas" break in Folly Beach/Charleston, and we had a wonderful time. This condo at Turn Of The River was the perfect place to relax and spend time as a family over the holidays. There were 5 of us, and everyone was comfortable in their own bedroom with private bath. We prepared all of our meals there, and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The river views from the living room and master bedroom were of spectacular sunsets, and we even saw several porpoises going up and down the river. It is a short walk to the beach, and we were surprised to find almost all of the stores and restaurants open. Certainly we will consider staying at Sailboat Bliss again. We had a great time at Folly Beach! The condo worked great for us and was very spacious. The location and views were great. It was an easy walk to the restaurants and shops at Folly. The complex itself was quiet and well maintained. Our one minor complaint would be the lask of internet access. It would have been nice when looking for information about tours, restaurants, etc. Overall, we loved this property and would consider staying here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are a young family with 2 beautiful twin girls who are 3 months old. Our plan is to eventually retire to Folly Beach , so this property truly is our 2nd home.
Why the Owner Chose Turn of River:
We chose to buy a vacation rental at this location because Folly Beach is a
beautiful laid back area to take a vacation. The people are extremely friendly
and the beach is pristine. In addition, it is only 20 minutes from Charleston , with
its terrific restaurants and shopping.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This property features 3 separate bedrooms each having their own bathroom, so it's ideal for families. Also, the screened in porch overlooks the marina, so it's a great place to relax and unwind at the end of a day. Lastly, the property is a 5 minute walk to the beach and Folly Beach restaurants.
