The Unique Benefits at this Beach Condo
I love walking the beach, eating at the Pier, enjoying the town of Folly. As much as I enjoy the laid back ways of Folly, I also love that Charleston is but a few minutes drive. So much to see, and do.....this is a perfect place to recharge batteries, and forget daily problems. When there is a full moon over the pier, it takes the breath away. Sunrises and even rain showers while sitting on the balcony are so peaceful and make one realize how lucky we are to be in such a great place, if only for a short time!

My family owned the property the Oceanfront Villas and the pier are built on. We were involved in many aspects of the projects. I wanted Unit 305 for myself, to use and share with others. That is why I took the time and spent the money to make it as comfortable and inviting as possible. I love comments on how to make it better. I am a world traveller, and spend time at homes in SC and MT. My intersts are wide and varied, probably shows in the eclectic decor in Unit 305.
