Comfy, Cozy, Tropical Theme Home

Spent a week over Thanksgiving in this very nice home. Clean, open, great view of water from living area and master BR, and the screened in back porch a great place to sit for morning coffee or evening drink. Photos accurate, but don't do justice. If you like a big, stretch out on with a book, I don't want to get off the sofa, get there first. And the wild life! Saw manatees at the dock and wood storks and great white herons in the back yard. Owner wonderful to work with and the neighbors friendly, even had an offer of cirtus fruit off their trees. Nearby restaurants a plenty, lots of variety, resonably priced, ate out all but one night and did not find a reject in any. Easy to get to by boat from Pete's Pier, minutes away with no charge for launch. 3 Sisters Spring practically at the back door, nature parks and preserves all over. And my personal favorite...Second hand and thrift stores every 1/2 mile! Only thing to keep in mind is no WiFi, so if you can't live without, get a card or go to the library or take it with to eateries. Also the cable stations are limited, but hey who wants to sit indoors all day anyway? There are DVD players on all 3 TV's so pack the movies with the popcorn!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This is a wonderful vacation home with absolutely everything provided. The listing and the description are very accurate. The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious and we loved having our boat right outside the door. We also enjoyed the Crystal River area and the beautiful environment. We were on the water most days. Scalloping, fishing, and playing in Three Sisters Springs are a very short boat ride away. The owner is extremely easy to work with. The home has all that's needed for a relaxing time at Crystal River. We even saw a few manatees and dolphins in the canal right behind the home. We highly recommend this home.
