Per town and county regulations we are restricted to one rental per 30 days. We therefore prefer longer term rentals and are willing to discount pricing for rentals longer than 1 week.

We rented this house during the Falls Arts Festival in September. The house exceeded all our expectations and we had a truly wonderful time. The house is large and spread out among three levels offering lots of space and privacy. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets and towels were very high quality. The kitchen and living area are perfect for cooking and hanging out. It's very comfortable and you feel like you're at home! The outdoor balcony is perfect for eating outside and the hot tub on the roof offers amazing views of Snow King, the Tetons, and stars at night! The house is in a nice and quiet part of town, but close enough to walk downtown. We loved the house and didn't want to leave. I'd definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a larger rental in downtown Jackson. Can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Great location, perfectly appointed kitchen, bedrooms and bath, great sheets and towels, creek runs in front of house providing a calming sound the entire time, one-half block to cool park, moderate walk to town, walking distance to some of Jackson's best hikes, clean and large hot tub with incredible views of the tetons and Snow King. Easily accommodated ten people. Large clean garage. Fantastic and very responsive owner. Cannot say enough great things about this house and this experience. Will return with pleasure.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Tom, thank you for your great house. Our group of 6 was very comfortable. Every room had luxury furnishing, bedding, linens, and great cookware. We walked into town for dinner. The house was perfect. There were 4 guys who stayed there and we could have fit more people. House was great, close enough to town to walk, amenities were top notch. Owner is incredibly gracious and helpful. One day he even went out of his way to show my friends and i some biking trails and drove us around.
