Charming cabin/home a mist the beautiful Smokey Mountains. Clear rushing creek borders the property. You can hear the sounds of the birds singing and water running from the upper and lower decks.
Lovely open great room on main floor includes completely equipped kitchen, formal dining for 10 people and comfortable living room with TV, VCR and DVD players. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms able to sleep 4. There is also a washer/dryer area. Upper deck running the entire side of property. You can enjoy views of the mountain or creek from one of our 6 rockers or swing.
Lower level includes two separate sleeping and entertainment areas. One a convertible Daybed (king size) and Two Bunk beds suitable for 4 children or young adults. One complete bathroom. This level has foosball table, TV, VCR,& DVD player. Full deck on this level with gas grill, table and chairs and a hammock for sleepy laid back afternoons.

This beautiful area in the Smokie Mountains is just 10 minutes to the quaint towns of Waynesville and Sylva, 40 minutes away from Asheville, 2 miles away from one of the Blue Ridge Parkway entrances, 20 minutes aways from the entrance to the Smokie Mountains National Park, 1.5 hours away from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Close to the most beautiful Nature Walks including a number of Water Falls, Rivers and Lakes, there is water rafting just few minutes away, Horses to ride nearby; this area has it all, come and enjoy it, I know you will be back....
We have ample paved parking with year around access thru our paved driveway.
The Unique Benefits at this
Our property was very carefully set-up to please the entire family, 4 comfortable bedrooms, one of which is dedicated to children and young adults, table games, movies and more. The main level has a deck that runs the entire lengh of the house with rockers, table and chairs to enjoy and outdoors meal or some table games there is a swing to enjoy the beautiful mountain views and the sound of the water from our creek.
If you like to BBQ you wil love our lower level deck where you can hear the rushing water from our creek while you cook, there is also a hamock, table and chairs for a very lazy afternoon.

We are a family of three generations that travels together and like nature, enjoys a nice town but do not like busy turists atractions, we live in Florida so the mountains brings to our family a very unique time, the weather is perfect, cool summers, fall colors like no other area, mild winters and the people of these areas are exeptional, come and stay at our place I know you will be back.
