There are 2 studios at the beach house. Both are completely remodeled, ”zen-fully” decorated, have full kitchens and each sleep four (4). This studio is pet friendly.

This private studio apartment features a full kitchen, beautiful quartz countertops and tile floors, Queen Murphy wall-bed with top of the line innerspring mattress, Queen futon/couch - also with top of the line innerspring mattress, wall-mounted flat screen LCD TV/DVD, & Ethernet. You are beach-ready with beach towels, boogie boards, & back-pack beach chairs, grab your cooler and go! Your private courtyard is set up with table/chairs & umbrella for outdoor dining while you grill on your personal barbecue grill. Bring your bikes and go to many events and attractions without getting in your car.

You owe it to yourself to get away to Santa Cruz – enjoy the surf, bike along the water, have your morning coffee watching the otters - it’s all right across the street.
