The Looney Bin Where Peace & Tranquility Await You!

Year Purchased: 1999

Why the Owner Chose Traverse City

It offers the best of both worlds. Located on a no-wake lake you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the lake without having jet skiers zooming by. When sitting on the deck overlooking the lake you get the feeling of being in Canada as there are no homes across the lake to look at. However, you also have access to Long Lake - an all sports lake - where you can enjoy boating, water skiing, tubing etc til your hearts content.

The Unique Benefits at this Home

I love the quietness the cottage offers as well as the wildlife. It is not uncommon to see loons, eagles, turtles, ducks, deer and a wide assortment of birds. It is truly a little slice of heaven.
