Enjoy this large 10th floor luxury direct gulf view condo with its many amenities. There’s nothing between you and the Gulf of Mexico except white sandy beaches. Located less than 3 blocks from Gulf Shores Parkway the hub of Gulf Shores, where there are amusement parks, mini-golf, souvenirs, and plenty of restaurants (over 20 within 5 blocks). You can even stroll down the beach to the Sea-n-Suds and dine overlooking the ocean. For those who love golf, there are 4 courses within 5 miles, and 5 more within 14.
About the complex:
One of the newest and nicest condominiums in gulf shores. Amenities include zero entry pool, fitness center overlooking the gulf (with sauna), picnic area with grills, outdoor and indoor showers, boardwalk, and a very nice and comfortable lobby. There’s also a covered entry, multi-level covered parking, and a rentable conference center if needed.
About the unit:
Nice and roomy (over 1400 square feet), this unit has a clean, comfortable, beachy feel. Elegant yet homey, we’ll be adding touches that will make all the difference on your vacation. Such as a 42" LCD HDTV, connected to a surround sound system and Sony PlayStation 3 (plays Blu-Ray & DVDs) with dual remotes in the living area. Also we’ll have flat screens (42" in master also) & DVD players in every room, a movie library, board games, wireless internet, and we should also mention the comfortable beds and plenty of fluffy towels. The unit also has new appliances, black granite countertops in the kitchen, bathrooms, and on the wet bar (with blender and margarita glasses), a twin vanity with separate shower and jetted tub in the master bath, full washer and dryer, decked out kitchen (blender, can opener, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, chopper, coffee maker, coffee grinder, food processor, steamer, juicer, bread maker, and more.) Oh...and don’t forget the views of the ocean, the glass goes from wall to wall and floor to ceiling in both the kitchen/living area and the master bedroom.

Why the Owner Chose San Carlos
Gulf Shores, Alabama is a great place to vacation, not too far a drive from many states, a good balance of people (not overly crowded), great food, multiple types of entertainment (theme parks, golf, parasailing, fishing, etc.), and don't forget the warm sun, white sands and pounding surf. As for the complex, San Carlos is one of the best and newest condominiums in Gulf Shores. Many think that the views of the gulf are second to none. It's right on the beach, just a couple of blocks from downtown Gulf Shores, and has many amenities including a zero-entry pool, sauna, and workout room overlooking gulf.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have a number of extras not commonly found in condos. Jetted tub with separate glassed shower in master, two 42" LCD TV’s, 2 movie libraries (one for kids), surround sound in the living room, Sony PlayStation 3 (and games) with BluRay, wireless internet, color inkjet printer/scanner/copier, leather sofa/love seat, washer/dryer, and decked out kitchen which includes 2 blenders (1 for wet-bar), steamer, mini-chopper, food processor, coffee maker, coffee grinder, grilling kit, electric can opener, toaster/mini-oven, juicer, cookbooks, and even a bread machine.
