This tri-level townhome offers three living levels and a bunkroom adjoining play room, so the adults can socialize upstairs while the kids romp downstairs. This large layout has sleeping capacity for 16. The upper level Master, which has its own private entrance, features a King bed, flat screen TV/DVD, wet bar with fridge, coffeepot and sink, gas fireplace and generous bath with jetted tub and adjoining shower. Loft area is set up as an office with printer, fax and WiFi and a twin trundle bed. There’s also a Queen bedroom at this level with its own full bath. The living level offers a large gourmet kitchen with adjoining laundry area. The living room includes a gas fireplace with flat screen TV/DVD. French doors open to a small patio and lawn along the Wolf Creek golf course. There’s also an attached two car garage.
The lower level game room includes a full sized pool table, 2 Queen Sofa sleepers and large flat screen TV. The adjoining den has a poker table and queen sleeper sofa. The bunkroom is a blast for kids, with 4 bunks. There’s also a full bathroom on this floor.
The Cascades at Moose Hollow provides all of its guests and owners with a 3000 sq. ft. clubhouse, fitness area, ping-pong table, heated pool w/year-round hot tub, sauna, volleyball, and hiking trails. Daily shuttle to Powder Mountain.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse with 2 Car Garage
The mountain vacation home of a La Jolla family, this Cascades townhome is situated, designed and equipped for winter, spring, summer and fall enjoyment. It sits on the Wolf Creek Resort Golf Course, a few minutes up the hill (by complimentary shuttle or private car) to Powder Mountain (500 inches average per year) and is an easy drive to Snow Basin Mountain (site of Winter Olympics games). Ski, board, snowshoe and nordic ski in winter or golf, hike, bike and boat in summer. This family likes to cook and eat, and the kitchen and dining room are well equipped for that purpose. Rec Room with pool table and TV/DVD and game room with bridge/poker table provide relaxing diversion. In addition, there is a Moose Hollow/Cascades club house and fitness center in the complex, as well as a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. A tough life, but somebody's got to live it; might as well be you.
