Spacious duplex loft with character that has a large mezzanine bedroom located on the last two floors facing quiet inner courtyard only 150 metres away from the Louvre Museum. Apartment renovated December 2008. The entry hall has a large double wardrobe and leads onto the sitting room with a double sofa bed, leather ottoman and dining bar with marble top that seats five. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
The bedroom has two windows with black-out blinds. There are numerous cupboards and shelves and a double bed with two bedside tables.
The bathroom has a large heated radiator, bathtub/shower combination and washing machine.
The building entrance on rue du Louvre has black marble flooring and wooden paneling and was restored in 2006 at the same time as the façade of the building. The staircase needs repainting to complete the restoration.
Fantastic central location only 100 meters from the Louvre Museum and a short walk across the River Seine on the famous Pont Neuf, to the Ile de la Cité and the Notre Dame Cathedral which leads directly to St Germain and Latin Quarter.
Close to many boulangeries on Rue St Honoré, mini market on rue du Louvre, Nicolas wine shop on rue de Rivoli and Franprix supermarket on rue Berger.
Nearest farmers market is rue Montmartre, behind St Eustache church.
