Walk to South Beach Marina Village, home of the Salty Dog Cafe and T-Shirt Factory, with shops, restaurants, entertainment, fishing charters, boat tours and water sport rentals. A private pool is available at the Marina Village and the 5-miles of ocean beach are just a short 5-minute walk.
Bike ride on the 15-miles of paved bike trails or take the free trolley to all of Sea Pines Resort's restaurants, shops and amenities.
Sea Pines has three championship golf courses, two state-of-the-art tennis facilities and a variety of activities for the entire family, including horseback riding, pony rides and small animal farm, EcoTours, children's programs, water sports and much, much more.
Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center and South Beach Marina Village offer many shopping, dining and entertainment experiences. Sea Pines Beach Club (free parking or take the trolley) has beach access, snack bar and restaurant, beach store and beach rentals.
Although this townhome is attached, no adjacent units are visible from the deck side (view side) of the building, as this unit is located closest to the water with a privacy wall on one side, it is a very quiet and private location.
