This three-bedroom, two and a half one-bath newly renovated Pelican Bay home is only a quick walk from the beach and is located at the edge of a beautiful lagoon. You will enjoy the relaxing sound of the water fountain located in the center of the lagoon.
Pelican Bay is a small community of privately owned homes located within the Wild Dunes Resort on the northern end of the Isle of Palms. Guests in Pelican Bay have access to a community pool and are a short walk from the beach access. These homes are located on Pelican Reach Drive and Fairway Dunes Drive.
When you drive up to 64 Pelican Bay, which sits on the back side of a cul-de-sac off of Fairway Dunes lane, you will first notice the shady trees surrounding the home and the spacious front porch filled with 3 large white rocking chairs. When you enter the home the dining area is on the right and the spacious living area is on the left. The main living area is open leads into the kitchen as well as out to the screened-in porch with seating for 4 where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the lagoon view. This Pelican Bay home offers a two queen size beds and two twin beds, fully equipped kitchen, two flat screen TV's, washer and dryer and wireless internet.
Wild Dunes Resort is known for its natural beauty and extensive wildlife. It offers a multitude of
family activities including bike riding along the bike paths throughout the resort, jogging trails,beachcombing and golf. Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing , walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.
