From our first contact with Lisa, everything was perfect. Beautiful location, The cabin was absolutely perfect. Clean, well equiped. We were looking for a few stress free days, and that is what we got. When we did go into town everyone was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed watching wildlife come to the other side of the river for water every evening. Sad to leave, but looking forward to a return trip.

Oh my gosh I do not know where to began!! We stayed one night in this cabin and it was the best time we have had in so long...Everything was so beautiful, And Lisa is one of the sweetest people I have ever spoke with. My husband, son, a friend of our son's and myself totally enjoyed this stay. I promise you will not regret it if you ever have the chance to visit this cabin and deal with Lisa DO NOT MISS THE CHANCE! I am a home body, and to drive away from there was so sad to me and my family. There will never be another place as wonderful as this one to share with your family. I can not wait to go back this time shared with my husband and son will never be forgotten.

We stayed for a short weekend and really enjoyed the cabin. It was clean, well kept and had great views of the river, bluffs and tree lines. Lisa and Steven are very friendly and accessible and the check-in/check-out process seamless.

The cabin is very clean and cozy. While it is very secluded, the necessary amenities such as swimming, boating, groceries, etc. are not far. We enjoyed our stay immensely, it is very quiet and "away from it all" Thank you to Steve and Lisa for sharing it with us. We usually visit Lake of The Ozarks every year, but after visiting Lake Norfolk, we will never go back to Lake of the Ozarks. Lake norfolk was only about 15 minutes away, and is one of the cleanest, nicest lakes we've ever been to. Head up to the top of the bluffs for a beautiful view of the river and surrounding areas. The ghost town is also very interesting and a great place for pictures. I cannot forget to say what great entertainment the hummingbirds are, they play and chatter all day. There is also an abundance of wildlife, including the dobsonfly which we had never encountered. This was truly a getaway we will not soon forget, We cannot praise it enough. Thank you 100 times! We hope to be welcomed back sometime soon.

We stayed here in June of 2010. This cabin was very nice, very clean, all up-to-date appliances/utensils/cookware. Great view of the river. Comfortable beds. The owner was very helpful and nice. Beautiful cabin, and I would love to stay there again sometimes! Coltons Steakhouse in Mountain Home was very good, too, and only a 30-35 min. drive away. It was minutes to Blanchard Caverns which was nice and the kids enjoyed swimming in the Creek/River there. We canoed the Buffalo River (a little over hour drive to Yellville). All in all, great place to stay. It would be great to stay here in the fall and just enjoy the view of the river!
