Sleep up to 8 in this wonderfully located beach rental (since the rooms are spacious we do accept up to 10 when utilizing floor space available for pack n plays). Victoria Square is a little community of townhomes and is the perfect location for your beach vacation. Located in town and east of Route 1 inside the canal in South Rehoboth where State and Old Bay Roads merge and close to the 1B exit off of Route 1A. A 15 minute walk can take you to Turtle Bridge through Silver Creek Park to head to the beach, or another direction brings you to the middle of Rehoboth Avenue.
You can park your cars, as this unit guarantees two parking places and relax for the week. Off of the family room you will find patio doors leading to the outside shower, gas grill and patio table. This is a non-smoking property.
The owner of this property is a contractor and you can see this by the extent of perfection in this home. From the granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, custom furniture and window treatments, and from the nautical loft with wood bead-board floor to ceiling and inspiring colors.
Our vacation home is a three-level town-home in the serene community of Victoria Square. This spacious floor plan is tastefully decorated and furnished with every amenity and comfort of home. There is a fully equipped kitchen, along with a comfortable dining/living room area. The patio features table with seating for a cookout and an outdoor shower.
No smoking and no pets, only mature individuals who will leave this property in the condition they found it. Great pride is taken in this property. All guests are carefully screened. Our goal is to keep this home as pleasurable as you see it now for all that come.

Tenants are to provide own sheets, towels and paper products. There are two parking places out front and additional guest parking in the neighborhood, across from the home.
Rentals are made simple with following process: Contract will be emailed (unless mail or fax is preferred), deposit and contract is mailed back to owner . Due to the popularity of our homes we can only hold your requested week for 7 days. If the contract is not received back to us in 7 days, the week is opened for other renters. Balance of payment is due 30 days before stay. Further details and key information will be emailed one week before stay.
