Why the Owner Chose Emerald Isle
Emerald Isle is located inside the core beach. Access to restaurants, shops, charter fishing boats, water sports, food supplies, picnic facilities and restrooms are within easy walking distance. Everything one would want or need is available on the beach. With the National Sea Shore to the east and Fort Picken's State Park to the west and great bike trails, there is a multitude of things to explore outside of the core area. There are also many free events such as outdoor concerts at the beach pavilion and just a short drive will bring you to the Naval Air Museum. This is a great place to bring children and grandchildren, because of the myriad activities available,
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Emerald Isle has two swiming pools, one heated, and a hot tub. There is also a workout room and sauna that overlook the pools and the Gulf of Mexico. The living room and master bedroom have floor to ceiling glass and it very easy to spot bottle nose dolphins frolicking in the waters just outside your windows. After a full day of activities and dinner at one of the many fine restaurants, the peaceful sound of gentle waves on the shore will surely lull one into a deep restful sleep.

My wife and I are retired teachers from New York. After retirement, our game plan was to relocate in a more temperate climate with a panoramic view of the ocean. Emerald Isle overlooks the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Pensacola beach, with it's sugar white sand is considered to be one of Florida's finest beaches. We love this area and hope you will enjoy everything the panhandle of Florida has to offer.
