Why the Owner Chose Victoria

I think that Victoria is the most beautiful city in Canada, with the best weather and James Bay is my favorite part of Victoria. It is 2 blocks to walk to the ocean and 15 min walk to downtown.

Air conditioning and mosquito screen on windows are not needed here.

The Unique Benefits at this House

I love the open concept, contemporary style of the house, it's full of light, it has high ceilings, lots of large windows and beautiful design. The locations is also amazing.
