The house has two full baths that are newly renovated. The layout of the house is ideal for entertaining, with an open floor plan upstairs that opens out to a 12 x 28' deck. The home also has an outdoor shower that is great for rinsing off after the beach.
The home is located in Culloden shores. You can walk to a private beach which is only 200 yards away. It is 5 minutes from the Montauk
Downs which is a Great Golf course. Montauk is known for its fishing and you are two minutes from all Party boats and Charters. Restaurants and Shopping is also 5 minutes away.
