Expansive upper level living and entertaining area wrapped with large windows allowing for ocean glimpses and views of the Wells Estaurine Sanctuary. Dining table seats 8 and is adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and utensils for the gourmet cook. There is also a powder room on this level for your convenience.
Glass sliders lead you either onto the deck or the screened porch furnished with Lloyd Flanders wicker. The 3 bedrooms are on the lower level along with 2 bathrooms and the laundry room. Master bedroom has a double bed and full bath and there are two twin beds in each of the other rooms. This residential community is 1.1 miles from Rt. 1 and 5 miles from the Maine Tpk.
Manchester NH, and Boston Logan Airports are 1 1/2 hours away and Portland Airport is 30 minutes. Amtrak also has daily service to Boston and Portland from the Wells station. The Kittery outlets and Portland are 30 minutes drive time.
