The producer of "Blue Lagoon" the movie, invites you to stay at his private, secluded rustic hideaway. Located down a private street and set on a secluded, white sand beach just south of beautiful Waimea Bay, this old surfer-style rustic home is the perfect place for an island getaway.

Just outside the wide yard overlooking the Pacific Ocean is a sandy-bottom lagoon, protected by a reef... perfect for surfing, swimming, snorkeling, and SCUBA diving. Slow-paced and tranquil, the house is still less than an hour from the nightlife and excitement of Waikiki.

House features:
* Three full bedrooms, one small (Optional Studio attached)
* Two and one-half baths
* Living room and adjoined family room with fantastic ocean views and additional pull out bed.
* TV/DVD/VCR and some videos on site

This great old vacation home sleeps up to ten guests. The house has played host to many celebrities and prominent people wanting to get away from it all and relax.

This surfer style Hawaiian home is located on a sandy, private beach by the surf spot called "Left Overs," which is located just south of Waimea Bay. Its secluded location is at the end of a dead-end road, and the house is not visible from the beach or the road.

The house is perfect for writers needing a place to concentrate, directors needing a place to unwind, or families needing a safe place to get away from crowds. The house is older and rustic, but very clean and neat.

Main house regular rates are $450/night with studio,$350/night without studio.* Our peak rate is $550/night with studio.* Minimum stay is four nights.
* Bedrooms:four bedrooms.
* Bathrooms: two and one-half bathrooms.
* Maximum guests are 10.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* Peak rates apply on the following days: December 15 to January 05, Fourth of July Week (July 01-08), and Thanksgiving Week (Monday to Sunday). Sprin break March 15-April 30
* Check in is 3 PM; check out is 11 AM
* Security deposit of $500; security deposits are held as a "damage deposit," deposit is not used toward rental payment. Deposit gets returned approximately two weeks after departure. If there are any extra cleaning or damages, the amount is taken from this security deposit and the balance is returned with a receipt and explanation of charges.
* Cleaning fee of $250
* Rates DO NOT include 4.166% state tax, plus 7.25% accommodations tax = 11.416% total tax
