This spacious "old fashioned" four bedroom house is located ½ block from the popular designated Laguna Beach. With all the privacy needed for a romantic get-a-way, but plenty of space for the whole family. It will accommodate a large family or you can invite others to join you and split the cost. There is a large observation deck off the ground above the house in the backyard that is great for star gazing, watching the sunrise, or other romantic activities. Also the back of the property touches a small lake.
In this one story house, you can enjoy the “open floor format”, which is great for large family gatherings. The living room contains a TV with cable, sofa, two recliners, and a small table with four chairs off to the side. The Kitchen and dining room combo comes furnished with the table and six chairs, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, coffee maker, and an assortment of other appliances. All four of the bedrooms offer a Queen sized bed. In the backyard, we also offer an above ground pool that is 15 feet round and 42 inches deep.
