Total privacy in this new construction, 2,000 sq. ft. custom designed country home. This newly completed home is on 20 acres, 1/4 mile from its access road. If you prefer privacy and nature over the crowded beach, you will love this house.
Lot includes a large pine forest, ¼ acre pond, walking paths through a private woods, creek, and a back yard large enough to fly a kite or play baseball. The beaches of South Haven are only 15 minutes to the south, the shops and restaurants of Douglas and Saugatuck are 20 minutes to the north, giving you the best of both worlds.
The 2 story house provides a new state-of-the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, service for 8, gas grill, indoor & outdoor dining for 6. Living room has a wood burning fireplace. A large screened porch off the kitchen offers views into the woods. The main floor includes 1 bedroom and main bath (separate tub/shower).
The second floor includes a master bedroom with its own deck, a full bath (shower only), a TV/DVD/music area, and desk with internet connection, WIFI is provided throughout the home. The finished lower level includes a large third bedroom with its own full bath (shower only) and washer/dryer. A full size futon sleeper sofa is also located in this bedroom.
The entire home is freshly decorated with local art, and dramatic colors. If you enjoy music, there is a whole-house audio system, ready to plug in your IPod or play CDs. There are many large windows to see the country views and wildlife, the house has central air conditioning. Each bedroom has its own closet and dresser. The entry foyer has a large coat/guest closet.
This home is available June 1 through Nov 1. Sorry, due to its location, telephone or cable TV are not available, so bring or rent your own movies. Most cellular phones work great. Please call or email for additional photos and information.
