Located on Elm Street near Central for mapping purposes. Available now for one week to one month or more bookings.... AVAILABLE NOW FOR $ 500 PER WEEK INCLUDING TAXES. NO CAR NEEDED SINCE IT IS HALF A BLOCK TO MAJOR BUS LINE. SECURE PARKING AVAILABLE ON PREMISES. Please be aware that I only book by the week if the booking is made within 15 days of occupancy. I cannot book by the week far in advance since I prefer monthly rentals to nurses and business people. This is an affordable one bedroom unit hosted by a friendly artist who can recommend restaurants, places to see and day trips to other parts of the state. The layout of the one bedroom apartment is similar to a railroad style apartment found in San Francisco with the bedroom in the rear and the living room adjointing a covered front porch that faces the street. Please, no smoking and no pets.
The unit has hardwood floors and is decorated with original artworks. Includes all cooking utensils, dishes, linens etc. There is a television with cable. Sleeps two people in one queen bed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on the premises. Possible arrangements can be made for an infant or small child. Unit has private parking for two smallish vehicles. RV parking could be had in church parking lot for a small donation. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Great spot for down town living without the down town heavy traffic or noise. Located close to Interstate 25 for quick access to the airport ( 8 minutes ) or to Santa Fe.
Monthly rent is $950 and weekly rent is $ 500 with a $60 cleaning fee. Ideal location for nurses as it is walking distance to all major hospitals near down town. One and half miles to UNM hospital and literally two blocks to Presbyterian, Lovelace and the Heart Hospital. Kindred Hospital close by.
This property is about 8 minutes to the airport, and three freeway exits from the airport, so its a great spot for the business person on the go who needs to get to the airport often and quickly.
